Claims (3)
- 単板ガラスの表面に一般式MxWOyで表される複合酸化タングステン微粒子とアンチモンドープ酸化錫(SnO2:Sb)微粒子の混合被膜が2μm以上4.5μm以下の厚みで形成されていて、前記アンチモンドープ酸化錫(SnO2:Sb)のMxWOyに対する割合が0.5wt%以上1.5wt%以下であって、前記金属MのタングステンWに対するモル比xが0.8~1.1の範囲にあり、金属Mが少なくともアルミニウム(Al)、錫(Sn)及び亜鉛(Zn)を含有しており、光学特性が、紫外線透過率は2.0%以下、可視光線透過率は60%以上及び日射透過率は35%以下であり、さらに第5世代移動通信システムで用いられるミリ波帯である周波数28GHz帯の電波減衰率が3.5dB以下、同じく第5世代移動通信システムで用いられるSub6帯の電波減衰率が2.5dB以下であることを特徴とする5G電波透過型日射遮蔽高可視光透過ガラス。
- 前記アンチモンドープ酸化錫(SnO2:Sb)中のSbのドープ割合が5mol%である請求項1に記載の5G電波透過型日射遮蔽高可視光透過ガラス。。
- 前記複合酸化タングステン微粒子の平均粒径が40nm~60nmである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の5G電波透過型日射遮蔽高可視光透過ガラス。
