Claims (7)
- 駆動対象を第1の駆動方向に駆動する作動流体の圧力を測定する第1の圧力センサと、
前記駆動対象を前記第1の駆動方向と異なる第2の駆動方向に駆動する作動流体の圧力を測定する第2の圧力センサと、
前記第1の圧力センサが測定した圧力と前記第2の圧力センサが測定した圧力に基づく演算によって、前記駆動対象に生じる加速度を検知する加速度検知部と、
前記加速度検知部が検知した加速度が所定の閾値を超えた場合に前記駆動対象の駆動を制限する駆動制限部と
を備え、
作動流体により前記駆動対象を第1の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第1の駆動部が設けられ、
作動流体により前記駆動対象を前記第1の駆動軸と非平行な第2の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第2の駆動部、および、作動流体により前記駆動対象を前記第2の駆動軸と平行な第3の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第3の駆動部が、前記駆動対象を間に挟んで設けられ、
前記加速度検知部は、前記第1の駆動方向を前記第2の駆動軸に沿った方向とし、前記第2の駆動方向を前記第3の駆動軸に沿った方向とした場合、前記第2の駆動部および前記第3の駆動部によって前記駆動対象に生じる回転方向の加速度を検知する流体アクチュエータ。 - 前記加速度検知部は、前記第1の駆動方向と前記第2の駆動方向を、前記第1の駆動軸上で互いに逆向きの方向とした場合、前記第1の駆動軸に沿って前記駆動対象に生じる加速度を検知する

前記第1の圧力センサが測定した圧力と前記第2の圧力センサが測定した圧力に基づく演算によって、前記駆動対象に生じる加速度を検知するステップと
前記検知された加速度が所定の閾値を超えた場合に前記駆動対象の駆動を制限するステップと
をコンピュータに実行させ、
作動流体により前記駆動対象を第1の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第1の駆動部が設けられ、
作動流体により前記駆動対象を前記第1の駆動軸と非平行な第2の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第2の駆動部、および、作動流体により前記駆動対象を前記第2の駆動軸と平行な第3の駆動軸に沿って駆動する第3の駆動部が、前記駆動対象を間に挟んで設けられ、
前記加速度を検知するステップは、前記第1の駆動方向を前記第2の駆動軸に沿った方向とし、前記第2の駆動方向を前記第3の駆動軸に沿った方向とした場合、前記第2の駆動部および前記第3の駆動部によって前記駆動対象に生じる回転方向の加速度を検知する流体アクチュエータの制御プログラム。
