Claims (9)
- バッテリーの両端にかかる電圧であるバッテリー電圧を測定し、測定されたバッテリー電圧を示す電圧信号を生成する電圧センサーと、
前記バッテリーを介して流れる電流であるバッテリー電流を測定し、測定されたバッテリー電流を示す電流信号を生成する電流センサーと、
前記電圧信号及び前記電流信号を単位時間毎に収集する制御回路と、を含み、
前記制御回路は、
所定の設定電圧範囲に対する前記バッテリーの定電流充電期間の間に単位時間毎に収集された前記電圧信号及び前記電流信号に基づき、前記設定電圧範囲における前記バッテリー電圧と充電容量との関係を示す容量カーブを決定し、前記充電容量は、前記バッテリー電流の積算値を示し、
前記容量カーブに基づいて前記設定電圧範囲における前記バッテリー電圧と微分容量との関係を示す微分カーブを決定し、前記微分容量は前記バッテリー電圧の単位時間当りの変化に対する前記充電容量の単位時間当りの変化の割合であり、
線形近似アルゴリズムを用いて、前記設定電圧範囲における前記微分カーブの近似直線を決定し、
前記近似直線に基づいて、前記バッテリーのリチウム異常析出の有無を判定し、
前記設定電圧範囲の上限は、前記バッテリーに対して予め決められた充電終止電圧と同一であり、
前記設定電圧範囲の下限は、前記上限より基準電圧だけ低い電圧と同一である、バッテリー診断装置。 - 前記線形近似アルゴリズムが、最小二乗法である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。
- 前記制御回路は、
前記近似直線の傾きが基準傾きより大きい場合、前記バッテリーをリチウム異常析出と判定する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記バッテリーの累積使用容量に基づいて前記基準傾きを決定する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記微分カーブに対する前記近似直線の決定係数が基準決定係数より小さい場合、前記バッテリーをリチウム異常析出と判定する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記バッテリーの累積使用容量に基づいて前記基準決定係数を決定する、請求項5に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置によって実行可能なバッテリー診断方法であって、
前記設定電圧範囲に対する前記バッテリーの定電流充電期間の間に単位時間毎に収集された前記電圧信号及び前記電流信号に基づき、前記設定電圧範囲における前記バッテリー電圧と前記充電容量との関係を示す前記容量カーブを決める段階と、
前記容量カーブに基づき、前記設定電圧範囲における前記バッテリー電圧と前記微分容量との関係を示す前記微分カーブを決定する段階と、
前記線形近似アルゴリズムを用いて、前記微分カーブの前記近似直線を決定する段階と、
前記近似直線に基づき、前記バッテリーのリチウム異常析出の有無を判定する段階と、を含む、バッテリー診断方法。
