Description
Claims (10)
- 印刷データで印刷された媒体の画像を受信するように構成されたインターフェースと、
プリンタの1つ以上のプリントヘッドに属するノズルの不良参照データを格納するように構成されたメモリと、
前記画像と前記印刷データとの比較に基づいて、不良パターンを前記画像内で検出し、前記不良パターンと前記不良参照データとの比較に基づいて、前記ノズル不良のタイプであってノズル不良の要因に関連付けられたタイプを判別するように構成された印刷不良コントローラと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記印刷不良コントローラは、前記ノズル不良の前記タイプが、ノズル曲がり不良、吐出不足ノズル不良、及び剥離ノズル不良のうちの1つであるかどうかを判別するように更に構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記印刷不良コントローラは、前記ノズル不良の位置及び1つ以上の印刷システム設定に基づいて、前記ノズル不良の前記タイプを判別するように更に構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- インクを吐出するように構成された複数のノズルを各々が有するプリントヘッドを含む印刷エンジンを備えるプリンタを更に備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プリンタの1つ以上のプリントヘッドに属するノズルの不良参照データをメモリに格納するステップと、
印刷データで印刷された媒体の画像を受信するステップと、
前記画像と前記印刷データとの比較に基づいて、不良パターンを前記画像内で検出するステップと、
前記不良パターンと前記不良参照データとの比較に基づいて、前記ノズル不良のタイプであってノズル不良の要因に関連付けられたタイプを判別するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記判別するステップは、前記ノズル不良の前記タイプが、ノズル曲がり不良、吐出不足ノズル不良、及び剥離ノズル不良のうちの1つであるかどうかを判別するステップを更に含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記判別するステップは、前記ノズル不良の位置及び1つ以上の印刷システム設定に基づいて、前記ノズル不良の前記タイプを判別するステップを更に含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- プロセッサにより実行される方法を実行するように動作することが可能なプログラムされた命令を含む有形のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体であって、前記方法は、
プリンタの1つ以上のプリントヘッドに属するノズルの不良参照データをメモリに格納するステップと、
印刷データで印刷された媒体の画像を受信するステップと、
前記画像と前記印刷データとの比較に基づいて、不良パターンを前記画像内で検出するステップと、
前記不良パターンと前記不良参照データとの比較に基づいて、前記ノズル不良のタイプであってノズル不良の要因に関連付けられたタイプを判別するステップと、
を含む、記憶媒体。 - 前記判別するステップは、
前記ノズル不良の前記タイプが、ノズル曲がり不良、吐出不足ノズル不良、及び剥離ノズル不良のうちの1つであるかどうかを判別するステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の記憶媒体。 - 前記判別するステップは、
前記ノズル不良の位置及び1つ以上の印刷システム設定に基づいて、前記ノズル不良の前記タイプを判別するステップ
を更に含む、請求項8に記載の記憶媒体。
