Description
なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下も包含し得る。
1.接合方向(2)とは反対方向に開放したセル収容部を備え、このセル収容部が、接点バネ基部(1)によって画成され、この接点バネ基部から、接合方向(2)とは反対方向に、電池セル(4)を外周側から包囲するための接点舌部(3)が突出する、電池セル(4)を解離可能に接触させるための装置において、
接点舌部(3)が、セル収容部内に半径方向に突出する、切断された卵形の形態の接触体(5)を備えること、を特徴とする装置。
2.接触体(5)が、接点舌部(3)から押し出されていること、を特徴とする上記1に記載の装置。
3.接点バネ基部(1)の周縁が、立ちハゼ継ぎ(10)を形成するように折り曲げられ、この立ちハゼ継ぎに、接点舌部(3)が接続すること、を特徴とする上記1又は2に記載の装置。
4.接点舌部(3)が、セル収容部に対して凸に湾曲され、接触体(5)が、それぞれ湾曲の頂部の領域内に配置されていること、を特徴とする上記1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
Claims (4)
- 電池セル(4)を挿入するための接合方向(2)とは反対方向に開放したセル収容部を備え、このセル収容部が、接点バネ基部(1)によって画成され、この接点バネ基部から、接合方向(2)とは反対方向に、電池セル(4)を外周側から包囲するための接点舌部(3)が突出し、接点舌部が、弾性的に形成されている、電池セル(4)を解離可能に接触させるための装置において、
接点舌部(3)が、セル収容部内に半径方向に突出する、切断された卵形の形態の接触体(5)を備えること、を特徴とする装置。 - 接触体(5)が、接点舌部(3)から押し出されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 接点バネ基部(1)の周縁が、立ちハゼ継ぎ(10)を形成するように折り曲げられ、この立ちハゼ継ぎに、接点舌部(3)が接続すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 接点舌部(3)が、セル収容部に対して凸に湾曲され、接触体(5)が、それぞれ湾曲の頂部の領域内に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
