Claims (3)
- 筐体と、
中空部を有する筒状のろ材と、複数の第1開口が設けられ、前記ろ材の外周を覆う第1電極と、前記ろ材の一端から前記ろ材の前記中空部に挿入される、第2電極と、を有する、少なくとも1つの電界駆動フィルタと、
前記筐体の内部に設けられ、前記電界駆動フィルタが挿入される、第1ろ室と、
前記第1ろ室に設けられる第3電極と、
前記第1ろ室とは隔てられた前記筐体の内部に設けられ、前記ろ材の前記中空部と連通する第2ろ室と、を有し、
分離対象の粒子と、前記粒子と異なる極性の極性溶媒とを含む対象処理液が第1ろ室の内部であって、かつ前記電界駆動フィルタの外側に供給され、
前記第1電極に、前記粒子の極性と同じ極性の第1電位が供給され、
前記第2電極に、前記粒子の極性と同じ極性であって、前記第1電位の絶対値とは異なる絶対値の第2電位が供給され、
前記第3電極には、前記粒子の極性と異なる極性の第3電位が供給される、
ろ過装置。 - 前記ろ材は、前記ろ材の他端を閉止する閉止部を有し、
前記閉止部は、前記第1ろ室の内部にある、請求項1に記載のろ過装置。 - 前記第3電極は、複数の前記電界駆動フィルタの周りを巻回されているコイル状である、請求項1または2に記載のろ過装置。
