Claims (4)
- ワークの表面に対して孔開け加工を行い、前記ワークの表面から裏面に対して少なくとも一つの貫通孔を形成する孔形成工程と、
前記ワークを液体の入った槽内に浸漬するとともに、前記槽内を所定の圧力まで減圧排気して前記貫通孔内に前記液体を侵入させる液体侵入工程と、
前記ワークを前記槽から取り出した後、前記貫通孔内に侵入した前記液体を冷却固化させる液体固化工程と、
前記ワークの表面に、前記液体の融点以下の温度のメディアを用いてブラスト処理し、前記貫通孔の開口部周囲に形成されたバリを除去するバリ除去工程と、
前記固化工程で固化した前記液体を常温放置もしくは加熱処理によって液体に戻し、前記貫通孔から前記液体を取り除く液体除去工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、孔開け加工方法。 - 前記液体侵入工程において、前記排気は、前記ワークの表面と裏面とを順次前記液体の液面に向けて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の孔開け加工方法。
- 前記液体固化工程において、前記液体の固化は、前記ワークの表面を重力下方に向けた状態で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の孔開け加工方法。
- 前記孔形成工程において、前記少なくとも一つの貫通孔は、前記ワークの表面に対して斜め方向に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の孔開け加工方法。
