Claims (6)
- 物品を搬送する物品搬送車であって、
車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームに対して回転可能に支持された車輪と、
前記車輪を駆動する車輪駆動源と、
前記車輪駆動源に電力を供給する蓄電体と前記蓄電体を保持する保持部材とを備えた蓄電ユニットと、
前記車輪駆動源及び前記蓄電ユニットを覆うように前記車体フレームに取り付けられた車体カバーと、を備え、
前記車体フレームは、前記蓄電ユニットが載置される底面部と、前記底面部から上側に向かって突出すると共に上下方向に沿う上下方向視で第1方向に沿って延在するように形成された第1リブ部と、を備え、
前記車体カバーは、前記蓄電ユニットに対して上側を覆うように配置される天面部と、前記天面部から下側に向かって突出すると共に前記上下方向視で前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に沿って延在するように形成された第2リブ部と、を備え、
前記保持部材は、前記蓄電体の下面を覆うように設けられた下枠部と、前記蓄電体の上面を覆うように設けられた上枠部と、前記上枠部と前記下枠部とを接続する接続部と、を備え、
前記下枠部は、当該下枠部の下端面から上側に向かって窪むと共に前記上下方向視で前記第1方向に沿って延在するように形成された第1凹溝部を備え、
前記上枠部は、当該上枠部の上端面から下側に向かって窪むと共に前記上下方向視で前記第2方向に沿って延在するように形成された第2凹溝部を備え、
前記蓄電ユニットは、前記第1凹溝部が前記第1リブ部に係合し、前記第2凹溝部が前記第2リブ部に係合した状態で、前記車体フレームの前記底面部と前記車体カバーの前記天面部との前記上下方向の間に挟まれて配置されている、物品搬送車。 - 前記第1リブ部は、前記車体フレームの補強用のリブである、請求項1に記載の物品搬送車。
- 前記物品の移載を行うための移載機構をさらに備え、
前記移載機構は、前記天面部よりも上側に配置され、前記移載の際に揺動する揺動部材を備え、
前記天面部の上面には、前記揺動部材が収容される収容溝部が形成され、
前記第2リブ部は、前記収容溝部の窪みに応じて前記天面部の下面が下側に突出する部分を用いて形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の物品搬送車。 - 前記保持部材は、前記下枠部及び前記接続部の一部を備えた下枠体と、前記上枠部及び前記接続部の一部を備えた上枠体と、を互いに連結して構成され、
前記下枠体の前記接続部と、前記上枠体の前記接続部とには、それぞれ互いに連結するための連結機構が設けられ、
前記下枠体と前記上枠体とが同じ形状である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送車。 - 前記蓄電ユニットは、複数の前記蓄電体を備え、
前記保持部材は、複数の前記蓄電体を一体的に保持するように構成され、
複数の前記蓄電体は、前記第1凹溝部に対して前記第2方向の両側に分かれて配置されている、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送車。 - 前記物品の移載を行う際に揺動する揺動部材を備えた移載機構と、前記揺動部材の少なくとも一部を駆動するための移載駆動源と、をさらに備え、
前記移載駆動源と前記蓄電ユニットとが、前記上下方向視で前記車輪の回転軸心に対して前記回転軸心に直交する方向の両側に分かれて配置されている、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送車。
