Claims (7)
- 少なくとも第1層及び第2層を含み、位置決め用の貫通穴が設けられた薄膜部材を備え、
前記第1層には前記貫通穴を構成する第1開口が設けられ、
前記第2層には前記貫通穴を構成する前記第1開口よりも大きい第2開口が設けられ、
前記第1層の前記第1開口の周辺部が前記第2層の前記第2開口の壁面に密着した状態に変形している
ことを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1層には、前記第1開口の周囲に、前記貫通穴の径方向に沿う切込み部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1層の厚さは、前記第2層の厚さよりも薄い
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記第1層の前記第1開口の周辺部が前記第2層の前記第2開口内に変形しており、
前記変形した部分は前記第2層の前記第1層側とは反対側に突き出していない
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記薄膜部材は、液体を吐出するノズルに通じる圧力室の壁面を形成する振動領域を有する振動板部材であり、
前記第1層が前記振動領域を形成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッドを備えている
ことを特徴とする吐出ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド、又は、請求項6に記載の吐出ユニットを備えている
ことを特徴とする液体を吐出する装置。
