Description
遮熱素子は円弧形状を呈する。遮熱素子の凹形状は、熱気をホットプレス素子側に収束させるようにホットプレス素子のみに対向している。
フィルム層分離部材と、水平面に垂直な垂直方向にフィルム層分離部材の下方に設けられるホットプレス素子と、垂直方向にフィルム層分離部材とホットプレス素子との間に設けられる遮熱素子と、を含む含浸装置を提供すること。
遮熱素子は断熱材質で構成され、円弧形状を呈する。遮熱素子の凹形状は、熱気をホットプレス素子側に収束させるようにホットプレス素子のみに対向している。

前記ホットプレス素子が配置されている水平面は、前記垂直方向に垂直である請求項1に記載の繊維プリプレグの含浸装置。 - フィルム層分離部材と、水平面に垂直な垂直方向に前記フィルム層分離部材の下方に設けられるホットプレス素子と、前記垂直方向に前記フィルム層分離部材と前記ホットプレス素子との間に設けられる遮熱素子と、を含み、
前記遮熱素子は断熱材質で構成され、円弧形状を呈し、前記遮熱素子の凹形状は、熱気を前記ホットプレス素子側に収束させるように前記ホットプレス素子のみに対向している、含浸装置を提供することと、
離型フィルムと、前記離型フィルムの上に位置する樹脂層と、前記樹脂層の上に位置するフィルム層と、含む樹脂フィルムを提供することと、
前記含浸装置における前記フィルム層分離部材を使用して、前記樹脂フィルムから前記フィルム層と前記樹脂層とを分離させて、前記離型フィルム及び前記樹脂層を含む樹脂複合構造を得ることと、
繊維層を提供することと、
前記含浸装置における前記ホットプレス素子を使用して、90℃を超える温度で、上から下へ前記樹脂複合構造、前記繊維層及び前記樹脂複合構造の順にホットプレスを行って、繊維プリプレグを得、前記繊維プリプレグにおける前記樹脂層が前記繊維層と直接接触することと、
を備える繊維プリプレグの含浸方法。 - 前記含浸装置における前記ホットプレス素子を使用する工程において、同時に前記含浸装置における前記フィルム層分離部材を使用して、前記樹脂フィルムから前記フィルム層と前記樹脂層を分離させる請求項7に記載の繊維プリプレグの含浸方法。
- 前記含浸装置における前記フィルム層分離部材を使用して、前記樹脂フィルムから前記フィルム層と前記樹脂層を分離させる工程は、前記樹脂層の粘度が500グラム~2000グラムである場合、前記フィルム層分離部材における前記フィルム層及び前記樹脂層の分離角度を18度~45度の間にするように調整することを含む請求項7に記載の繊維プリプレグの含浸方法。
