Description
本出願は、2019年2月1日に出願された、「GENERATING GROUND TRUTH FOR MACHINE LEARNING FROM TIME SERIES ELEMENTS」と題する米国特許出願第16/265729号の継続出願であり、その優先権を主張し、その開示内容全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (18)
- 期間内の各時刻で捕捉された複数の画像を含むセンサデータを受信するステップであって、前記複数の画像がそれぞれ、環境の2次元表現である、ステップと、
前記画像についてグラウンドトゥルースを決定するステップであって、前記グラウンドトゥルースは、車両レーンラインまたは車両の軌跡の3次元表現であり、前記グラウンドトゥルースを決定するステップは、
個々の画像について、前記グラウンドトゥルースを形成するために、前記個々の画像の各部分を識別すること、および、
前記個々の画像の識別された部分に基づいて前記グラウンドトゥルースを生成すること、を含む、ステップと、
決定されたグラウンドトゥルース、および前記複数の画像内の選択された画像を備える訓練データセットを使用して機械学習モデルを訓練するためにプロセッサを使用するステップであって、前記機械学習モデルは、ニューラルネットワークであり、且つ、前記選択された画像の入力に基づいて、前記複数の画像について前記グラウンドトゥルースを出力するように訓練される、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記グラウンドトゥルースは、車両レ-ンラインの3次元表現であり、前記個々の画像の各部分を識別することは、前記複数の画像の異なる画像から前記車両レーンラインの異なる部分を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像が、前記選択された画像内の車両レーンラインの位置を識別するために使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各画像が、対応するタイムスタンプに関連付けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記対応するグラウンドトゥルースが、前記画像に関連付けられたオドメトリデータを使用して決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オドメトリデータが車両位置データおよび車両向きデータを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記オドメトリデータが、車両位置の第1の変化および車両向きの第2の変化を識別する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記グラウンドトゥルースは、車両レ-ンラインの3次元表現であり、前記3次元表現がパラメトリック曲線として表現される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記対応するグラウンドトゥルースが、前記センサデータを捕捉したセンサを含む第1の車両とは異なる第2の車両に関連付けられる軌跡の3次元表現である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の車両が、前記第1の車両のレーンに進入するとして識別される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記決定されたグラウンドトゥルースが物体の距離に関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記物体が、障害物、移動車両、静止車両、または障壁である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記物体の前記距離が、前記画像に関連付けられたレーダデータに基づいて決定される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の画像に含まれる画像の数が、移動した距離に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の画像に含まれる画像の数が、平均車両速度に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個々の画像の部分を識別することは、前記グラウンドトゥルース内に表された特徴に関連付けられた精度基準に基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラム製品であって、該コンピュータプログラム製品は、非一時的コンピュータ可読記憶媒体に具体化され、かつ、コンピュータ命令を含み、前記コンピュータ命令は、プロセッサによって実行されたときに前記プロセッサに、
複数の画像を含むセンサデータを受信させ、前記複数の画像がそれぞれ、環境の2次元表現であり、
前記画像についてグラウンドトゥルースを決定させ、前記グラウンドトゥルースは、車両レーンラインまたは車両の軌跡の3次元表現であり、前記グラウンドトゥルースを決定するために、前記コンピュータ命令が前記プロセッサに、
個々の画像について、前記グラウンドトゥルースを形成するために、前記画像の各部分を識別させ、
識別された部分に基づいて前記グラウンドトゥルースを生成させ、
訓練データセットを形成させ、前記訓練データセットは、前記画像について決定されたグラウンドトゥルース、および選択された画像に限定され、前記選択された画像は、前記複数の画像の単一の画像であり、
前記訓練データセットは、前記単一の画像の入力に基づいて、前記複数の画像について前記グラウンドトゥルースを出力するように機械学習モデルを訓練するように構成され、前記機械学習モデルは、ニューラルネットワークである、コンピュータプログラム製品。 - プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサに結合されたメモリであって、前記メモリは、命令を前記プロセッサに提供するように構成された、メモリと、を備え、前記命令が実行されると前記プロセッサに、
複数の画像を含むセンサデータを受信させ、前記複数の画像がそれぞれ、環境の2次元表現であり、
前記画像についてグラウンドトゥルースを決定させ、前記グラウンドトゥルースは、車両レーンラインまたは車両の軌跡の3次元表現であり、前記グラウンドトゥルースを決定するために、前記命令が前記プロセッサに、
個々の画像について、前記グラウンドトゥルースを形成するために、前記個々の画像の各部分を識別させ、
識別された部分に基づいて前記グラウンドトゥルースを生成させ、
決定されたグラウンドトゥルース、および前記複数の画像内の選択された画像を備える訓練データセットを使用して機械学習モデルを訓練させ、機械学習モデルは、ニューラルネットワークであり、且つ、前記選択された画像の入力に基づいて、前記複数の画像について前記グラウンドトゥルースを出力するように訓練される、システム。
