Description
本実施形態に係る冷媒は、CO2およびR32(ジフルオロメタン、CH2F2)からなる混合冷媒(以降、単に冷媒と記載)である。当該冷媒は、-50℃以下で利用される。冷媒は、不可避的な不純物を含んでもよい。
図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る冷媒の設計方法について説明する。
図1において、縦軸(y軸)は冷媒の凍結温度(℃)、横軸(x軸)はCO2およびR32の和に対するR32の重量比率である。図1には、式(1)y=-56.0x-57.0で表される直線(一点鎖線および実線)が記載されている。
CO2およびR32からなる混合冷媒(以降、単に冷媒と記載)について、要素試験を実施し、凍結温度を確認した。
以上説明した実施形態に記載の冷媒およびその設計方法ならびに冷媒を充填した冷凍機は例えば以下のように把握される。

Claims (2)
- -50℃以下で利用される冷媒であって、
CO2およびR32からなり、
前記R32は、前記CO2および前記R32の和に対して重量比率x1で含有され、
前記x1は、前記R32の最低重量比率x0よりも大きく、
前記x0は、
凍結温度(℃)yを前記CO2および前記R32の和に対する前記R32の重量比率xで表した式y=-56.0x-57.0の前記yに、目標とする利用温度y0(℃)を代入して求められた値であり、
前記xは、0.054以上0.22以下である冷媒。 - -50℃以下で利用される冷媒の設計方法であって、
CO2およびR32を混合する工程を含み、
前記CO2および前記R32の和に対する前記R32の重量比率をx1とし、
凍結温度(℃)yを前記CO2および前記R32の和に対する前記R32の重量比率x(x>0)で表した式y=-56.0x-57.0の前記yに、目標とする利用温度y0を代入して前記R32の最低重量比率x0を求め、
前記x1が前記x0よりも大きくなるよう、前記x1を設定する冷媒の設計方法。
