前記ウェブ10の連続する層の切れ目が前記ドラム28上に整列するように、前記ウェブ10を前記ドラム28に巻き取ることと、
前記ドラム28を拡張して前記ウェブ10の張力を増加させ、各切れ目で前記ウェブ10を破断し、それによって前記ウェブ10を各ドラムセグメント32のそれぞれのスタック56に分割することと、
を含む、シート材料の細長いウェブ10からウェブ部分のスタック56を製造する方法。 - ウェブ部分の個別のスタック56に分割するためのシート材料の細長いウェブ10を調製するためにおよび/またはウェブ部分の前記スタックを生成するために、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するウェブ処理システム50を制御するように配置された制御システム。
- ウェブ10をドラム28に巻き取った後、ウェブ部分の個別のスタック56に分割するためのシート材料の細長いウェブ10を調製するように構成されたウェブ処理システム50であって、前記システムは、前記ウェブ10の巻き取り中に、形成される前記スタック56の縁に対応する次第に増加する間隔でウェブ10において横方向の切れ目を形成するように配置された切れ目形成装置54を備え、その結果、前記切れ目は、前記ドラム28に巻き取られるときに角度的に整列したグループを形成し、前記角度的に整列したグループにおいて、前記切れ目は前記ドラム28に巻き取られた状態において前記ドラム28の半径方向に整列してなる、

- 次第に増加する間隔で横方向の切れ目を備えるウェブ10であり、
各切れ目は、前記ウェブ10の1つ以上のコーティング層の一部が除去されてなる前記ウェブ10の薄肉部分を備え、
前記薄肉部分の幅は、前記ウェブ10に沿って次第に増加するとともに、前記切れ目間の間隔に従って増加し、その結果、連続する薄肉部分の間の空間が前記ウェブ10に沿って一定であるようになり、
前記各切れ目は、前記ウェブ10の薄肉部分の中央を通って前記ウェブ10の長手方向に対して横方向に延在する一連の穿孔60を備え、
前記切れ目はドラム28に巻き取られた状態において前記ドラム28の半径方向に整列してなるように配置されてなる、
