続いて、図6を参照し、本発明の第3実施形態に係るヘッド301について説明する。
続いて、図7及び図8を参照し、本発明の第4実施形態に係るヘッド401について説明する。
以上、本発明の好適な実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述の実施形態に限られるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した限りにおいて様々な設計変更が可能なものである。

Claims (8)
- 第1方向に配列された複数の個別流路であって、ノズル及び前記ノズルに連通する圧力室をそれぞれ含む複数の個別流路と、
前記第1方向に延び、前記複数の個別流路に接続する第1共通流路と、
前記第1方向に延び、前記複数の個別流路に接続する第2共通流路であって、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に前記第1共通流路と並ぶ第2共通流路と、
前記第2方向に延び、前記第1共通流路の前記第1方向の一端と前記第2共通流路の前記第1方向の一端とを連結する連結流路と、
前記連結流路と前記第2方向に重なる温度センサと、を備え、
前記複数の個別流路、前記第1共通流路、前記第2共通流路及び前記連結流路が形成された流路部材を備え、
前記流路部材は、
前記複数の個別流路のそれぞれに含まれる前記ノズルが形成され、前記第2方向と交差するノズル面と、
前記第2方向において前記ノズル面とは反対側の、前記第2方向と交差する反対面とを有し、
前記温度センサは、前記反対面に配置され、
前記流路部材は、前記反対面を構成しかつ前記温度センサと前記連結流路との間に介在する介在部を有し、
前記介在部は、金属、シリコン及びカーボンの少なくともいずれかで構成されることを特徴とする、液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記反対面に、前記複数の個別流路のそれぞれに対応する複数のアクチュエータが配置され、
前記温度センサは、前記複数のアクチュエータから離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 第1方向に配列された複数の個別流路であって、ノズル及び前記ノズルに連通する圧力室をそれぞれ含む複数の個別流路と、
前記第1方向に延び、前記複数の個別流路に接続する第1共通流路と、
前記第1方向に延び、前記複数の個別流路に接続する第2共通流路であって、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に前記第1共通流路と並ぶ第2共通流路と、
前記第2方向に延び、前記第1共通流路の前記第1方向の一端と前記第2共通流路の前記第1方向の一端とを連結する連結流路と、
前記連結流路と前記第2方向に重なる温度センサと、を備え、
前記複数の個別流路は、それぞれ、前記第1共通流路に連通する入口と、前記第2共通流路に連通する出口とを有することを特徴とする、液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記複数の個別流路、前記第1共通流路、前記第2共通流路及び前記連結流路でそれぞれ構成される複数の流路組が、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に交差する第3方向に並ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記温度センサは、前記複数の流路組のうち、前記第3方向において前記複数の流路組の配置領域の中央と前記配置領域の一端との中点に最も近い流路組に対して設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記温度センサは、前記複数の流路組のうち、前記第3方向において前記複数の流路組の配置領域の中央に最も近い流路組に対して設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 複数の前記温度センサは、前記複数の流路組のそれぞれに対して設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記複数の個別流路、前記第1共通流路及び前記第2共通流路で構成される第1流路組と、
前記複数の個別流路、前記第1共通流路及び前記第2共通流路で構成される第2流路組と、を備え、
前記第1流路組の前記第1共通流路と、前記第2流路組の前記第1共通流路とが、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に交差する第3方向に並び、
前記第1流路組の前記第2共通流路と、前記第2流路組の前記第2共通流路とが、前記第3方向に並び、
前記連結流路は、前記第1流路組の前記第1共通流路と前記第2流路組の前記第2共通流路とを連結する第1連結流路と、前記第1流路組の前記第2共通流路と前記第2流路組の前記第1共通流路とを連結する第2連結流路とを含み、
前記温度センサは、前記第1連結流路及び前記第2連結流路のそれぞれに対して設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
