Claims (1)
- 浸漬装置(10)を使用して光芯線(50)の位置を検出するための方法であって、
前記浸漬装置(10)は、前記光芯線(50)を用いて電気アーク炉(60)容器(62)内の金属溶融物(64)の温度を測定するための浸漬装置(10)であって、前記浸漬装置(10)は、パージガスを前記容器(62)への入口点内に吹き込むための吹き込みランス(28)と、前記光芯線(50)の位置を検出するための検出手段とを備え、前記光芯線(50)は、前記入口点に対して前記光芯線(50)の供給のための供給チャネル(20)内及び/又は前記吹き込みランス(28)内で移動することができ、前記検出手段は、前記吹き込みランス(28)及び/又は前記供給チャネル(20)の所定位置で前記吹き込みランス(28)内又はその近傍の前記光芯線(50)の先端(52)の存在を検出するように構成され、前記検出手段の一部が、前記吹き込みランス(28)、前記供給チャネル(20)、前記吹き込みランス(28)及び前記供給チャネル(20)の接続点近傍、及び/又は前記吹き込みランス(28)及び前記供給チャネル(20)の間に設けられ、前記検出手段は、前記光芯線(50)の存在を検出するための誘導センサを含み、
前記方法は、
前記光芯線(50)を前記供給チャネル(20)及び/又は前記吹き込みランス(28)内で移動手段(74)によって移動させることにして、前記供給チャネル(20)が、前記容器(62)から離れた側の位置で前記吹き込みランス(28)に隣接して設けられる、ことと、
前記光芯線(50)の先端(52)が前記吹き込みランス(28)内の位置又は前記吹き込みランス(28)に近接する位置において存在するか否かを前記吹き込みランス(28)及び/又は前記供給チャネル(20)の所定位置で前記検出手段によって検出することと
を含み、
前記移動させるステップは、第1の速度で前記光芯線(50)を前記溶融物(64)から離れるように後退させることと、前記後退移動を停止することと、前記第1の速度よりも低い第2の速度で前記光芯線(50)を前記溶融物(64)に向かって前進させることとを含み、前記光芯線(50)の存在は、前記後退移動中及び前記前進移動中に検出されることを特徴とする、方法。
