最初に本開示の実施態様を列挙して説明する。また、以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本開示の実施形態に係る電気接続箱を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
電気接続箱100は、例えば、EV(Electric Vehicle)の電池パックの外側に取り付けられる。電気接続箱100は、例えば、ヒューズ、リレー400等の電子部品が装着される筐体50を備える。
図5は、検知部10の貯留凹部11の内部構成を示す部分的断面図である。
図6は、検知部10による流入液体の検知結果を運転者に通知する回路構成を概念的に説明する説明図である。
更に、上述の如く、貯留凹部11の底面111が湾曲しており、貯留凹部11内に流れ込む流入液体が奥側壁112側に誘導されるので、検知針121,131の近傍における液面上昇が一層速くなる。

Claims (6)
- 電子部品が装着される筐体を備える電気接続箱であって、
前記筐体は、液体流入を検知する検知部を備えており、
前記検知部は、前記液体の流入口を有し、前記流入口から流入する液体を貯留する貯留凹部を備え、
前記貯留凹部において、前記流入口と対向する奥側壁には前記液体の排液孔が設けられている電気接続箱。 - 前記検知部は、
前記貯留凹部内に配置された検知針を有する請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記貯留凹部は、前記奥側壁へ前記液体を誘導する湾曲底面を有し、
前記検知針は前記奥側壁の近傍に配置されている請求項2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記貯留凹部は、前記流入口側の幅よりも前記奥側壁側の幅が狭い請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。
- 前記排液孔は、前記湾曲底面から、前記検知針と前記湾曲底面との間隔の2-4倍の位置に設けられている請求項3に記載の電気接続箱。
- 前記電子部品に接続されるバスバを備え、
前記検知針は前記バスバと一体形成されている請求項2,3又は5のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続箱。
