Claims (10)
- 集電体と、前記集電体の表面に塗布された第1活物質層とを含む電極シートであって、
前記第1活物質層は、互いに接続された本体部及び第1緩衝部を含み、
前記本体部は、互いに背向する第1内表面及び外表面を含み、前記第1内表面が前記集電体に貼り合わされ、前記外表面が前記第1内表面に平行であり、前記外表面と前記第1内表面との垂直距離が第1厚さであり、
前記第1緩衝部に第1凹溝が形成され、前記第1緩衝部は、第2内表面と、緩衝面と、前記第1凹溝を画定する内壁面とを含み、前記第2内表面は、前記第1内表面と重なり、前記緩衝面の一端が前記外表面に接続され、前記緩衝面の他端が前記内壁面に接続され、前記緩衝面と前記内壁面との接続箇所の交線から前記第2内表面までの垂直距離が第2厚さであり、前記第2厚さは、前記第1厚さより小さい、電極シート。 - 前記緩衝面は、曲面、斜面、段差面、曲面と斜面の組み合わせ、曲面と段差面の組み合わせ、斜面と段差面の組み合わせ、及び、曲面と段差面と斜面の組み合わせのいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の電極シート。
- 前記緩衝面上の任意の1点から前記第2内表面までの垂直距離は、前記第1厚さより小さい、請求項2に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1緩衝部の内壁面は、第1壁面、第2壁面及び第3壁面を含み、前記第1壁面は、前記第2壁面に対向し、前記第3壁面は、前記第1壁面及び前記第2壁面に接続され、前記第1壁面、前記第2壁面及び前記第3壁面の少なくとも1つの面の対応する位置に前記緩衝面が設置される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1緩衝部と前記本体部とは一体型構造である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電極シート。
- 第2活物質層をさらに含み、前記第2活物質層は、前記集電体の前記第1活物質層に背向する他面に設置され、前記第2活物質層に第2緩衝部が設置され、前記第2緩衝部に第2凹溝が形成され、前記第2緩衝部の構造が前記第1緩衝部の構造と同じである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1緩衝部と前記第2緩衝部は、正対するか又は交互に設置される、請求項6に記載の電極シート。
- 前記集電体は、反対側に位置する第1側辺及び第2側辺を含み、前記第1凹溝は、前記第1側辺から前記第2側辺の方向に伸び、前記第2凹溝は、前記第1側辺から前記第2側辺の方向に伸びるか、又は、前記第2凹溝は、前記第2側辺から前記第1側辺の方向に伸びる、請求項6に記載の電極シート。
- セパレータと、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電極シートとを含み、2枚の前記電極シートの間に前記セパレータが設置される、捲回式電池セル。
- 請求項9に記載の捲回式電池セルを含む、電池。
