Claims (13)
- ドライバが手動で任意の変速段に選択が可能な手動変速機と、
前記手動変速機を介して駆動輪を駆動させるエンジンと、
前記エンジンと前記手動変速機との間の動力伝達を解放または接続するクラッチと、
前記手動変速機と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた電動機と、
前記電動機のみを駆動源として走行を行なうEVモードと、前記エンジンと前記電動機とを駆動源として走行を行なうHEVモードと、を切り替える制御部と、を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記EVモード時に、前記HEVモード時のドライバのアクセル操作、クラッチ操作、変速操作に応じた駆動力に相当する駆動力を前記電動機により発生させ、
前記EVモード中のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記クラッチの係合状態に対して理想的なアクセル開度よりも大きい場合と小さい場合とで、前記電動機により出力させるトルクを増加させる制御と減少させる制御とのどちらか異なる制御を行なうハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中に、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも大きい場合には、前記電動機のトルクを増加させ、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも小さい場合には、前記電動機のトルクを減少させる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中に前記ハイブリッド車両が停車状態から発進する際のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも大きい場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間増加させ、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも小さい場合には、前記クラッチが半クラッチ状態時に前記電動機により駆動力振動を発生させる請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中に前記ハイブリッド車両が停車状態から発進する際のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも小さい場合に、前記クラッチが半クラッチ状態時に前記電動機により駆動力振動を発生させた後、前記電動機により発生させる駆動力をゼロとする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記手動変速機の変速時のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも大きい場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間増加させ、ドライバの操作によるアクセル開度が前記理想的なアクセル開度よりも小さい場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間減少させる請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記理想的なアクセル開度は、変速操作時においては、前記HEVモードのクラッチ接続過程において、エンジン回転速度と前記手動変速機のインプット回転速度とがほぼ同期する理想的なアクセル操作時のアクセル開度であり、発進操作時においては、前記HEVモードのクラッチ接続過程において、エンジン回転速度をほぼ一定の回転速度に維持する理想的なアクセル操作時のアクセル開度である請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- ドライバが手動で任意の変速段に選択が可能な手動変速機と、
前記手動変速機を介して駆動輪を駆動させるエンジンと、
前記エンジンと前記手動変速機との間の動力伝達を解放または接続するクラッチと、
前記手動変速機と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた電動機と、
前記電動機のみを駆動源として走行を行なうEVモードと、前記エンジンと前記電動機とを駆動源として走行を行なうHEVモードと、を切り替える制御部と、を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記EVモード時に、前記HEVモード時のドライバのアクセル操作、クラッチ操作、変速操作に応じた駆動力に相当する駆動力を前記電動機により発生させ、
前記EVモード中のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングがアクセル開度に対して理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも早い場合と遅い場合とで、前記電動機から出力させるトルクを増加させる制御と減少させる制御とのどちらか異なる制御を行なうハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中に前記ハイブリッド車両が停車状態から発進する際のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも早い場合には、前記クラッチの半クラッチ状態時に前記電動機により駆動力振動を発生させ、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも遅い場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間増加させる請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中に前記ハイブリッド車両が停車状態から発進する際のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも早い場合に、前記クラッチの半クラッチ状態時に前記電動機により駆動力振動を発生させた後、前記電動機により発生させる駆動力をゼロとする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中の前記手動変速機の低速段から高速段への変速時のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも早い場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間増加させ、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも遅い場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間減少させる請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記EVモード中の前記手動変速機の高速段から低速段への変速時のクラッチ接続過程において、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも早い場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間減少させ、ドライバの操作によるクラッチ係合タイミングが前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングよりも遅い場合には、前記クラッチの接続状態時に前記電動機により発生させる駆動力を一定時間増加させる請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記理想的なクラッチ係合タイミングは、変速操作時においては、前記HEVモードのクラッチ接続過程において、エンジン回転速度と前記手動変速機のインプット回転速度とがほぼ同期する理想的なクラッチ操作時のクラッチ係合タイミングであり、発進操作時においては、前記HEVモードのクラッチ接続過程において、エンジン回転速度をほぼ一定の回転速度に維持する理想的なクラッチ操作時のクラッチ係合タイミングである請求項7から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、アクセル操作量と、前記電動機の回転速度と、前記手動変速機の変速段と、クラッチペダルの操作量とに基づいて仮想エンジン回転速度を算出し、前記クラッチの接続状態時に増加あるいは減少させる駆動力は、前記仮想エンジン回転速度と前記エンジンの慣性モーメントを用いて算出した仮想エンジンイナーシャトルクに基づく駆動力として算出する請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
