Description
実施形態にかかる蓄電池装置は、例えば、ハイブリッド機関車等の車両に用いられる。車両の燃費を向上するためには、例えば、エンジンの効率マップ上抵抗率な、低速・高負荷時に、車両へ所容電力を供給できることが望ましい。このため、蓄電池装置では、限られたスペースに、それぞれが複数の電池セルを含む多数の組電池を直列または並列接続するとともに筐体内に高密度に収納し、エネルギー密度を向上することが望まれる。
(1)外部からの電池セルへの過充電、又は、
(2)組電池ケースの絶縁破壊箇所を介した電池セルから外部への地絡
に起因して発生するハザードが挙げられる。
Claims (7)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体に収容され、互いに電気的に接続可能である複数の組電池と、
前記複数の組電池の底面近傍にあり前記筐体を介してグランド電位に接続される部材に熱的に接触しながら前記組電池の側面に沿って延びる部分が前記組電池から離間するように一筆書き状に延びたラインを含むラインヒートディテクタと、
を備えた蓄電池装置。 - 複数の組電池が載置され、前記筐体を介してグランド電位に接続される棚板をさらに備え、
前記ラインヒートディテクタは、
前記棚板の表面における前記複数の組電池の近傍を一筆書き状に延びたラインを含む
請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 複数の組電池がそれぞれ載置され、前記筐体を介してグランド電位にそれぞれ接続される複数の棚板と、
前記複数の棚板のそれぞれの側面に接触する仕切り板と、
をさらに備え、
前記ラインヒートディテクタは、
前記仕切り板の表面における前記複数の棚板の側面近傍を一筆書き状に延びたラインを含む
請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 互いに平面方向に並び、複数の組電池がそれぞれ載置され、前記筐体を介してグランド電位にそれぞれ接続される複数の棚板と、
平面視において前記複数の棚板の間に配され、前記複数の棚板のそれぞれの側面に接触する仕切り板と、
をさらに備え、
前記ラインヒートディテクタは、
前記仕切り板を介して前記複数の棚板に跨って延び、前記複数の棚板のそれぞれの表面における前記複数の組電池の近傍を一筆書き状に延びたラインを含む
請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 互いに高さ方向に並び、複数の組電池がそれぞれ載置され、前記筐体を介してグランド電位にそれぞれ接続される複数の棚板をさらに備え、
前記ラインヒートディテクタは、
前記複数の棚板に跨って延び、前記複数の棚板のそれぞれの表面における前記複数の組電池の近傍を一筆書き状に延びたラインを含む
請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 前記複数の組電池は、複数のブランチにグループ化され、
前記ラインヒートディテクタは、
前記複数のブランチに対応し、それぞれが前記ブランチにおける複数の組電池の近傍の部材に熱的に接触しながら一筆書き状に延びた複数のラインを含む
請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 前記蓄電池装置は、
前記複数の組電池と出力ノードとの間に電気的に接続された出力ラインと、
前記複数のブランチに対応し、それぞれが前記出力ラインと前記ブランチとを電気的に接続する複数のスイッチと、
をさらに備えた
