かつ該セメントクリンカーは、ボーグ式により算出された組成で、
C3AおよびC4AFの合計量が24質量%以上32質量%以下で、C4AF量が15質量%以上、
C3S量が63質量%以上65質量%以下であり、かつ
C2S量が3質量%以上~13質量%以下である。
C3S量 =(4.07×CaO)-(7.60×SiO2)-(6.72×Al2O3)-(1.43×Fe2O3)
C2S量 =(2.87×SiO2)-(0.754×C3S)
C3A量 =(2.65×Al2O3)-(1.69×Fe2O3)
C4AF量=3.04×Fe2O3
水硬率(H.M.) =CaO/(SiO2+Al2O3+Fe2O3)
ケイ酸率(S.M.) =SiO2/(Al2O3+Fe2O3)
活動係数(A.I.) =SiO2/Al2O3
鉄率(I.M.) =Al2O3/Fe2O3
石灰飽和度(L.S.D.)=CaO/(2.8×SiO2+1.18×Al2O3+0.65×Fe2O3)
(1)原料およびセメントクリンカーの化学組成の測定:JISR5204に準拠する蛍光X線分析法により測定した。
(2)モルタル圧縮強さの測定:JISR5201に準拠する方法により測定した。

Claims (4)
- ボーグ式により算出されたC3AおよびC4AFの合計量が24質量%以上、C3S量が63質量%以上であり、かつ鉄率(I.M.)が1.14以上1.27以下であるセメントクリンカーと、石膏と、高炉スラグと石灰石のみから成り、
該高炉スラグの含有量が全組成物当たり5.0質量%で、かつ石灰石の含有量が全組成物当たり5.0質量%で、石膏の含有量がSO 3 換算で全組成物当たり2±0.2質量%であり、
セメントクリンカーと高炉スラグと石灰石と石膏の総量が100質量%である水硬性組成物。 - 該セメントクリンカーがC3A、C4AF、C3S、及びC2Sから成り,
かつ該セメントクリンカーは、ボーグ式により算出された組成で、
C3AおよびC4AFの合計量が24質量%以上32質量%以下で、C4AF量が15質量%以上、
C3S量が63質量%以上65質量%以下であり、かつ
C2S量が3質量%以上~13質量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1の水硬性組成物。 - CaO源と、SiO2源、Al2O3源、及びFe2O3源を、1300℃以上1400℃以下で焼成し、ボーグ式により算出されたC3AおよびC4AFの合計量が24質量%以上、C3S量が63質量%以上であり、かつ鉄率(I.M.)が1.14以上1.27以下である、セメントクリンカーを製造すると共に、
冷却後の該セメントクリンカーに、石膏と、高炉スラグと、石灰石のみを、高炉スラグの含有量が全組成物当たり5.0質量%で、かつ石灰石の含有量が全組成物当たり5.0質量%、石膏の含有量がSO 3 換算で全組成物当たり2±0.2質量%となり、セメントクリンカーと高炉スラグと石灰石と石膏の総量が100質量%となるように添加する、水硬性組成物の製造方法。 - 該セメントクリンカーがC3A、C4AF、C3S、及びC2Sから成り,
かつ該セメントクリンカーは、ボーグ式により算出された組成で、
C3AおよびC4AFの合計量が24質量%以上32質量%以下で、C4AF量が15質量%以上、
C3S量が63質量%以上65質量%以下で、かつ
C2S量が3質量%以上~13質量%以下となるように、該セメントクリンカーを製造することを特徴とする、請求項3の水硬性組成物の製造方法。
