Description
純水にフッ化ナトリウムと塩化カルシウムとを溶解して、フッ化物イオンとカルシウムイオンとを含有する模擬排水を作製し、RO膜通水試験を行った。RO膜の膜種はアニオン荷電膜(Filmtech社製BW30-4040)を使用し、透過水流量を50~60L/h、操作圧は0.6~1.2MPa、pHは7.0±0.5、水温は25±1℃となるよう制御し、RO濃縮水中のフッ化物イオン濃度、カルシウムイオン濃度、および濃縮水流量比を変化させた。各試験において、168時間運転後のFlux保持率が、90%以上であった場合、安定運転可能と判断した。Fluxの値としてとは、膜面積あたり、実効操作圧あたりの透過水流量を算出し、温度補正係数を乗じた補正Fluxを使用し(下記式1)、Flux保持率とは、運転開始時の補正Fluxを100%とした場合の、補正Fluxの割合である。
Claims (2)
- フッ化物イオンとカルシウムイオンとを含有する被処理水を逆浸透膜で処理して濃縮水と透過水とを得る逆浸透膜処理工程を含む水処理方法であって、
前記濃縮水中のフッ化物イオンとカルシウムイオンのイオン積は、1.6×10 -8 mol3/L3 以上であり、
前記濃縮水中のカルシウムイオン濃度は、1.0mg/L以下であり、
前記濃縮水中のフッ化物イオン濃度は、1500mg/L以上であり、
前記透過水の流量に対する前記濃縮水の流量の比を透過水流量:濃縮水流量=1:4以上として運転することを特徴とする水処理方法。 - フッ化物イオンとカルシウムイオンとを含有する被処理水を逆浸透膜で処理して濃縮水と透過水とを得る逆浸透膜処理手段を備える水処理装置であって、
前記濃縮水中のフッ化物イオンとカルシウムイオンのイオン積は、1.6×10 -8 mol3/L3 以上であり、
前記濃縮水中のカルシウムイオン濃度は、1.0mg/L以下であり、
前記濃縮水中のフッ化物イオン濃度は、1500mg/L以上であり、
前記透過水の流量に対する前記濃縮水の流量の比を透過水流量:濃縮水流量=1:4以上として運転することを特徴とする水処理装置。
