本実施形態において用いられるスルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルナトリウム(スルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルNa)は、水を溶媒とした溶液であってもよい。スルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルNaは、NIKKOL OTP-75(日光ケミカルズ社製、製品名)等の市販品を用いることができる。
無機着色顔料としては、通常の化粧料に配合される公知の無機着色顔料を特に制限なく用いることができ、例えば、カーボンブラック、黒酸化鉄、ベンガラ、黄酸化鉄、酸化コバルト、酸化クロム、群青、紺青、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛等が挙げられる。
本実施形態において用いられる水溶性分散剤としては、例えば、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、アクリル系ポリマー等の水溶性ポリマー;親水性ノニオン界面活性剤、スルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルナトリウム以外のアニオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤等の界面活性剤などを用いることができる。
皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルションに含まれるポリマーとしては、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルモノマーを構成単位として含む水に不溶の重合体若しくは共重合体が挙げられる。共重合体の場合、ランダム共重合体であっても、グラフト共重合体であっても、ブロック共重合体であっても、コア・シェル型共重合体であってもよい。コア・シェル型共重合体は、例えば、コアがポリ(メタ)アクリレートなどのアクリル樹脂又はポリウレタンなどのウレタン樹脂、シェルがポリ(メタ)アクリレートなどのアクリル樹脂又はポリウレタンなどのウレタン樹脂であるコアシェル構造を有する粒子を含む、アクリル樹脂エマルション又はウレタンアクリル複合樹脂エマルションであってもよい。
(実施例1~15、比較例1~8)
表1~3に示される各成分を同表中に示す割合(質量%)で、ディスパーにて混合し、水系液状化粧料をそれぞれ得た。なお、表中の水溶性ポリマー及びポリマーエマルションの値はそれぞれ、分散液及びエマルションの配合量である。
水溶性ポリマー-1:アクリル酸アルキル共重合体、固形分濃度30質量%)
ポリマーエマルション-1:アクリル酸アルキル・スチレン共重合体エマルション(大東化成工業社製、製品名「ダイトゾール5000STY」、固形分濃度50質量%)
ポリマーエマルション-2:アクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション(大東化成工業社製、製品名「ダイトゾール5000SJ」、固形分濃度50質量%)
上記で得られた水系液状化粧料を、図1に示す容器と同様の構造を有するオートタイプ容器(塗布体:毛筆、中継芯:アクリル樹脂)の収容部に充填して充填品を作製した。
腕に長さ約5cmのラインを引き、描き具合を下記評価基準で吐出性を評価した。
[評価基準]
◎:十分に吐出し、描線が濃い。
○:問題なく吐出する。
△:吐出はするが不十分。
×:かすれがあり、吐出性に問題あり。
腕に化粧料を塗布し、10分間乾燥させた後に、塗布状態を目視にて観察し、下記評価基準で塗布状態を評価した。
[評価基準]
◎:全くはじかず、均一な描線(極めて良好)。
○:ほとんどはじかず、ほぼ均一な描線(良好)。
△:少しはじいて、描線がややムラ付く(やや不良)。
×:はじいて、描線がムラ付く(不良)。
下記の組成を有する油性ファンデーションを塗布した腕に化粧料を塗布し、10分間乾燥させた後に、塗布状態を目視にて観察し、下記評価基準で塗布状態を評価した。
[評価基準]
◎:全くはじかず、均一な描線(極めて良好)。
○:ほとんどはじかず、ほぼ均一な描線(良好)。
△:少しはじいて、描線がややムラ付く(やや不良)。
×:はじいて、描線がムラ付く(不良)。

腕に化粧料を塗布し、10分間乾燥させた後に、指の腹で擦過し、塗布物の残り具合を目視にて観察し、下記評価基準で耐摩擦性を評価した。
[評価基準]
◎:塗布部の剥がれがない(極めて良好)。
○:塗布部の剥がれが少ない(良好)。
△:塗布部の剥がれが少しある(やや不良)。
×:塗布部の剥がれが多い(不良)。
腕に化粧料を塗布し、10分間乾燥させた後に、流水で濡らし、指の腹で擦過し、塗布物の残り具合を目視にて観察し、下記評価基準で耐水性を評価した。
[評価基準]
◎:塗布部の剥がれがない(極めて良好)。
○:塗布部の剥がれが少ない(良好)。
△:塗布部の剥がれが少しある(やや不良)。
×:塗布部の剥がれが多い(不良)。
25℃の試料について、ブルックフィールド型粘度計(BM型)を用いて、下記の条件で粘度を測定した。なお、測定時間は1分間とした。
5~50mPa・s:BLアダプタ、回転数12rpm
50~500mPa・s:ローターNo.1、回転数12rpm
250~2500mPa・s:ローターNo.2、回転数12rpm
1000~10000mPa・s:ローターNo.3、回転数12rpm
5000~50000mPa・s:ローターNo.4、回転数12rpm

上記で得られた水系液状アイライナーについて、上記と同様に評価を行った。結果は、吐出性が「◎」であり、肌上での塗布状態(1)が「◎」であり、肌上での塗布状態(2)が「◎」であり、耐摩擦性が「○」であり、耐水性が「○」であった。また、水系液状アイライナーの粘度は、7mPa・sであった。

成分1~11をディスパーで混合し、水系液状アイブロウを得た。
上記で得られた水系液状アイブロウについて、上記と同様に評価を行った。結果は、吐出性が「◎」であり、肌上での塗布状態(1)が「◎」であり、肌上での塗布状態(2)が「◎」であり、耐摩擦性が「○」であり、耐水性が「○」であった。また、水系液状アイブロウの粘度は、4mPa・sであった。
Claims (3)
- スルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルナトリウム、無機着色顔料、水溶性分散剤、及び皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルションを含有する水系液状化粧料であって、
前記スルホコハク酸ジエチルヘキシルナトリウムの含有量が化粧料全量基準で0.01~1質量%であり、
前記水溶性分散剤が、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、又はアクリル酸アルキル共重合体を含み、
前記水溶性分散剤の含有量が、化粧料全量基準で0.5~5質量%であり、
前記皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルションがアクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、アクリル酸アルキル・スチレン共重合体エマルション、又はウレタンアクリル複合樹脂エマルションを含み、
前記皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルションの含有量が、化粧料全量を基準として、固形分濃度換算で1~20質量%であり、
前記無機着色顔料の含有量が化粧料全量基準で4~15質量%であり、
前記無機着色顔料がカーボンブラックを含み、
前記カーボンブラックの含有量が化粧料全量基準で4~15質量%であり、
25℃における粘度が50mPa・s以下であり、
オートペンタイプの容器に収容して用いられる、水系液状化粧料。 - HLBが8以上のノニオン界面活性剤を含まない、又は、HLBが8以上のノニオン界面活性剤の含有量が化粧料全量基準で0.1質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の水系液状化粧料。
- 水系液状化粧料を収容するための収容部、水系液状化粧料を塗布するための塗布部、及び、前記収容部内と前記塗布部とを結び、前記収容部内の水系液状化粧料を毛細管現象により前記塗布部に供給するための中継芯、を有するオートペンタイプの容器と、
前記収容部に収容された請求項1又は2に記載の水系液状化粧料と、
を備える、化粧品。
