Description
以下、本開示の実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本開示の第1実施形態の工具経路修正装置を備える加工システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図1の加工システムは、CAD1と、CAM2と、本開示の一実施形態の工具経路修正装置3と、ポストプロセッサ4と、数値制御装置5と、工作機械6とを備える。
図8は、本開示の第2実施形態の工具経路修正装置を備える加工システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図8の加工システムは、CAD1と、CAM2と、本開示の一実施形態の工具経路修正装置3Aと、ポストプロセッサ4と、数値制御装置5と、工作機械6とを備える。図8の加工システムについて、図1の加工システムと同様の構成要素には、同じ符号を付して重複する説明を省略する。図8の加工システムでは、工具経路修正装置3Aは、ポストプロセッサ4が数値制御装置5に入力する例えばGコードによって記述される加工プログラムを修正する。

Claims (4)
- 被加工物を加工する工具が移動する工具経路を前記工具が通過すべき複数の指令点により特定する工具経路情報を取得する工具経路取得部と、
前記工具の形状を特定する工具形状情報を取得する工具形状取得部と、
前記被加工物の加工後の目標形状を特定する目標形状情報を取得する目標形状取得部と、
前記目標形状の曲率が大きいほど前記指令点の密度が大きくなるよう、前記指令点の密度を調整する密度調整部と、
を備え、
前記密度調整部は、1つの前記指令点から次の前記指令点まで工具を直線移動した場合の切削点の軌跡と目標形状との乖離幅が許容値以下になるように前記1つの前記指令点と前記次の前記指令点の間に1つ以上の前記指令点を追加し、前記1つの前記指令点での切削点と前記次の前記指令点での切削点との間での前記乖離幅が前記許容値以下であり、且つ前記1つの前記指令点での切削点とさらに次の前記指令点での切削点とを結んだ直線と目標形状との乖離幅が前記許容値以下であれば、前記次の前記指令点を削除する工具経路修正装置。 - 前記工具形状情報及び前記目標形状情報に基づいて、前記目標形状に前記工具の形状が接触するよう前記指令点の位置を調整する指令点調整部をさらに備える請求項1に記載の工具経路修正装置。
- 前記工具をその面内で移動させるべき拘束面を設定する拘束面設定部をさらに備え、
前記指令点調整部は、前記指令点の位置を前記拘束面に沿って移動する、請求項2に記載の工具経路修正装置。 - 隣接し合う前記指令点の間における前記工具経路を、前記指令点を通る曲線として算出する曲線算出部をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の工具経路修正装置。
