Claims (12)
- 歯車(16)を有する、電気コネクタ用の駆動要素(8)であって、前記歯車(16)とハブ(30)との間に過負荷カプラ(14)を有しており、
前記歯車(16)は歯車部(26)の一部であり、前記歯車部(26)に前記ハブ(30)を形成するハブ部(28)が挿入され、前記ハブ部(28)は、摩擦ロックによって円周方向(32)に前記歯車部(26)内に保持されており、
前記歯車部(26)は、径方向内方へ向けられた円形の摩擦面(42)を有しており、前記ハブ部(28)は、前記摩擦面(42)に対向する摩擦面(44)を有しており、
前記ハブ部(28)は、形状嵌めによって軸方向(20)に前記歯車部(26)内に保持されており、
前記過負荷カプラ(14)は、前記ハブ部(28)および前記歯車部(26)の形状嵌め連結のために、少なくとも1つの径方向に突出している突出部と、前記突出部に対して相補形である凹部(40)とを有しており、前記駆動要素(8)が組み立てられたとき、前記突出部は、前記凹部(40)内に前記円周方向(32)に変位可能に受け取られて軸方向に固定されていることを特徴とする駆動要素(8)。
- 前記過負荷カプラ(14)は、前記駆動要素(8)の軸方向(20)における前記歯車の厚み方向を越えずに前記軸方向(20)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 前記ハブ部(28)は、前記歯車部(26)内に軸方向に掛止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 前記過負荷カプラ(14)は、前記円周方向(32)に互いに隔置されている複数の径方向に弾性のばね要素(48)を有しており、前記ばね要素(48)は、径方向に対向する前記摩擦面(42、44)を押し付けていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ばね要素(48)は、前記円周方向(32)に湾曲して延びている区間(50)を有しており、前記区間(50)は、径方向に対向する前記摩擦面(42、44)に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 湾曲した前記区間(50)は、板ばね状の帯部(66)によって形成されており、前記帯部(66)は、その2つの端部(58)間の区間において、径方向に対向する前記摩擦面(42、44)に押し付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ばね要素(48)は、前記歯車部または前記ハブ部に位置している基点(58)から離れるように径方向に延びており、少なくとも1つの屈曲したまたは大きく湾曲した領域(60)が、前記基点と、径方向に対向する前記摩擦面(42、44)の間に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 前記ばね要素(48)のうちの少なくとも1つが、ループ(54)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 前記ループ(54)は、少なくとも変形していない状態で、または少なくとも変形した状態で、軸方向に見てレンズ形、長円形、または円形であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 前記駆動要素の前記歯車部(26)および前記ハブ部(28)は、射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動要素(8)。
- 被駆動要素(4)と、前記被駆動要素を駆動する駆動装置(2)とを有している電気コネクタ(1)において、前記駆動装置(2)と前記被駆動要素(4)との間に、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の駆動要素(8)が位置していることを特徴とする電気コネクタ(1)。
- 歯車(16)を有する、電気コネクタ用の駆動要素(8)であって、前記歯車(16)とハブ(30)との間に過負荷カプラ(14)を有しており、
前記歯車(16)は歯車部(26)の一部であり、前記歯車部(26)に前記ハブ(30)を形成するハブ部(28)が挿入され、前記ハブ部(28)は、摩擦ロックによって円周方向(32)に前記歯車部(26)内に保持されており、
前記過負荷カプラ(14)は、前記ハブ部(28)および前記歯車部(26)の形状嵌め連結のために、少なくとも1つの径方向に突出している突出部と、前記突出部に対して相補形である凹部(40)とを有しており、前記駆動要素(8)が組み立てられたとき、前記突出部は、前記凹部(40)内に前記円周方向(32)に変位可能に受け取られて軸方向に固定されており、
前記凹部(40)は、前記円周方向(32)に連続して延びていることを特徴とする駆動要素(8)。
