Description
Claims (8)
- 正と負の一対の電極端子を有する複数のバッテリセルと、
複数の前記バッテリセルを収容するバッテリケースと、
前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子間を接続し、電源回路を構成する複数のバスバーと、
前記バッテリセルと複数の前記バスバーを介して連結され、遮断操作が行われることにより前記電源回路を遮断するサービスプラグと、を備えるバッテリパックであって、
複数の前記バッテリセルは、前記バッテリケースと隣り合う第1バッテリセルと、前記第1バッテリセルと隣り合う第2バッテリセルと、を有し、
前記サービスプラグは、前記第1バッテリセルの上方に配置されており、
複数の前記バスバーは、前記第1バッテリセルの前記電極端子と前記サービスプラグとを接続する第1バスバーを有し、
前記第1バスバーは、
前記第1バッテリセルの前記電極端子に接続されるバッテリセル接続部と、
前記バッテリセル接続部に連続し、上方に延びる第1縦面部と、
前記第1縦面部に連続し、前記第1バッテリセルの上面に沿う方向に延びる第1水平部と、
前記第1水平部に連続し、前記第1バッテリセルと前記第2バッテリセルとの対向する一対の縦壁の間の空間に向かって下方に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部と、
前記折り曲げ部に連続し、前記第1バッテリセルの上面に沿って延びる第2水平部と、前記第2水平部に連続し、前記サービスプラグの端子に接続されるサービスプラグ接続部と、を有することを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記折り曲げ部の上端は、前記第1バッテリセルの前記縦壁よりも前記サービスプラグ側に偏倚して配置されており、
前記折り曲げ部の下端は、前記第1バッテリセルおよび前記第2バッテリセルの上面よりも下方に配置されており、
前記折り曲げ部は、前記バッテリケースの正面視で、前記第2バッテリセルに近づくほど低くなるように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記折り曲げ部は、平面視で、前記第2バッテリセルに向かって延びた後、一対の前記縦壁の間を通るように一対の前記縦壁に沿って延び、その後、前記第1バッテリセルに向かって延びるように、U字状に形成されており、
前記バスバーの前記バッテリセル接続部、前記第1縦面部および前記第1水平部の部分は、平面視で、前記第2バッテリセルに向かって延び、
前記バスバーの前記第2水平部および前記サービスプラグ接続部の部分は、平面視で、前記第1バッテリセルに向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリセルは、4つの前記縦壁を有する立方体状に形成されており、
前記バッテリセルの一対の前記電極端子は、前記4つの前記縦壁のうち対向する2つの前記縦壁の側に設けられ、
前記折り曲げ部は、前記4つの前記縦壁のうち前記電極端子が配置されない対向する2つの前記縦壁の側に設けられ、
前記バッテリセルは、前記電極端子が隣り合うように整列して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 複数の前記バスバーは、前記第1バッテリセルの前記電極端子と前記第2バッテリセルの前記電極端子とを接続する第2バスバーを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サービスプラグは、下方に延びた後に互いに離れるように折り曲げられた一対のサービスプラグ端子部を有し、
前記サービスプラグ接続部は前記第2水平部よりも上方に配置され、
前記第1バスバーは、前記第2水平部と前記サービスプラグ接続部との間に、前記第2水平部の端部から前記サービスプラグ接続部に向かって上方に延びる第2縦面部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記サービスプラグの下面に、下向きに突出する突出部が設けられ、
前記突出部は、前記第2水平部よりも下方へ突出していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリケースは、車体のフロアパネルの下側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
