また、前記車両が燃料電池を搭載した水素電気トラックであり、前記車体フレーム間の内側空間において前記リアアクスルの前方に、バッテリー又は水素タンクが配置される空間が設けられることを特徴とする。
また、前記懸架装置の構成において車体フレームとの間に配置されたエアスプリングを支持するロアーアームで前記モーターをマウント及び支持するマウンティング構造物をさらに含むことを特徴とする。
また、前記サブフレームはモーターの下側に位置し、モーターの下面との間に前記インシュレーターを介在した状態でモーターを支持することを特徴とする。
また、前記ロアーアームとサブフレームの結合位置が前記ロアーアームの上側に支持されている懸架装置のエアスプリングの直下方の位置に設定され、前記サブフレームがエアスプリングの直下方の位置に配置されることを特徴とする。
また、前記インシュレーターは、前記サブフレームに結合される第1プレートと、前記モーター側に結合される第2プレートと、前記第1プレートと第2プレートとの間に介在される弾性部材とを含むことを特徴とする。
また、前記モーターの外側面にモーターブラケットが取り付けられ、前記モーターブラケットに前記インシュレーターの第2プレートが結合されることを特徴とする。
また、前記車両が電気トラックであることを特徴とする。また、前記電気トラックが燃料電池を搭載した水素電気トラックであることを特徴とする。
モーター31とエアスプリング26間の空間が狭小であって走行中に車両の動作によってモーターとエアスプリング間の干渉が発生すれば、エアスプリングがモーターとの干渉によって損傷されることになる。
また、インシュレーター36は、第2プレート38をモーターブラケット32に締結するための複数のボルト42及びナット45をさらに含むことができる。

Claims (14)
- 車両を駆動するモーターと、
前記モーターの出力側に連結され、モーター動力の回転速度を変更する減速機又は変速機と、
前記減速機又は変速機から出力される回転動力を車輪に伝達するリアアクスルと、を含み、
前記モーター、及び減速機又は変速機がリアアクスルとともに懸架装置にマウントされ、
前記懸架装置の構成において車体フレームとの間に配置されたエアスプリングを支持するロアーアームで前記モーターをマウント及び支持するマウンティング構造物をさらに含み、
前記マウンティング構造物は、前記懸架装置の左右両側のロアーアームを互いに連結するように取り付けられるサブフレームと、前記サブフレームと前記モーターとの間に介在されるインシュレーターとを含むことを特徴とする電気車両の駆動システム。 - 前記減速機又は変速機の出力側が前記リアアクスルに直結され、前記モーター、減速機又は変速機、及びリアアクスルの全てが直結された一体型構造となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 車体の前後方向に沿って前記リアアクスル、減速機又は変速機、及びモーターの順に配置される構成を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 車体前後方向に沿って前記リアアクスルの後方に前記減速機又は変速機、及びモーターが配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記モーター、減速機又は変速機、及びリアアクスルが、車体の前後方向に沿って配置される左右両側の車体フレーム間の内側空間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記モーター、減速機又は変速機、及びリアアクスルが、左右両側の前記車体フレームの下側に位置して、前記車体フレームの上端の上に突出しないように配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記車両が燃料電池を搭載した水素電気トラックであり、前記車体フレーム間の内側空間において前記リアアクスルの前方に、バッテリー又は水素タンクが配置される空間が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記サブフレームはモーターの下側に位置し、モーターの下面との間に前記インシュレーターを介在した状態で前記モーターを支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記ロアーアームとサブフレームの結合位置が前記ロアーアームの上側に支持されている懸架装置のエアスプリングの直下方の位置に設定され、前記サブフレームがエアスプリングの直下方の位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記サブフレームは、円筒状のモーターの下面形状に対応するように、中央部が下方に屈曲した形状を有し、
前記モーターの下面の左右両側部とこれらに対応するサブフレームの上面の左右両側部との間にそれぞれ前記インシュレーターが介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。 - 前記インシュレーターは、
前記サブフレームに結合される第1プレートと、
前記モーター側に結合される第2プレートと、
前記第1プレートと第2プレートとの間に介在される弾性部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。 - 前記モーターの外側面にモーターブラケットが取り付けられ、
前記モーターブラケットに前記インシュレーターの第2プレートが結合されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。 - 前記車両が電気トラックであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
- 前記電気トラックが燃料電池を搭載した水素電気トラックであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電気車両の駆動システム。
