Description
1.上下のステンシルを取り外す間、真空がプレートを所定の位置に保持するように、真空源を隆起部分に適用する。

Claims (15)
- 熱交換器プレート(200)の隆起(R)、ポート開口部を囲む領域、および周辺スカート(210)に、ろう材を同時にステンシル印刷するためのステンシル装置(100,150)であって、前記ステンシル装置が、前記熱交換器プレートの隆起(R)、およびポート開口部を囲む領域に、ろう材を適用するための開口部(120,130)を有する上部ステンシル(100)と、前記熱交換器プレート(200)を受け入れて前記熱交換器プレートの前記周辺スカートの外周に接触するための大開口部(190)を有するステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)と、を備え、前記大開口部(190)の内面(195)は、前記周辺スカートにろう材を適用するためのろう材出口(180)を備えることを特徴とする、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記隆起(R)は、隣り合う熱交換器プレート(200)の交差する溝部(G)との接触点を形成するように適合された隆起部である、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のステンシル装置であって、ろう材をろう材出口(180)に運ぶために、カナル(160)が、上部ステンシル(100)の周辺開口部(140)と、ろう材出口(180)と、の間に配置されている、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記上部ステンシル(100)は、シートメタル、ゴム、プラスチックまたは布から製造されている、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記上部ステンシル(100)の開口部(120)は、対にして配置され、各対の各開口部は、隣り合う熱交換器プレートの溝部と、隆起部との間の接触点に近接して位置するが、その接触点に位置しないように、配置される、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記ステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)は、高密度物質(例えば、プラスチックや金属)から作られ、熱交換器プレート(200)の周辺スカート(210)の高さを超える厚さTを有する、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記ステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)の前記内面(195)は、ろう材が適用される前記熱交換器プレートの周辺スカート(210)の外面と前記内面との間でろう材が漏れるのを防ぐために、弾性材料で覆われている、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項7に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記弾性材料は、前記周辺スカートの前記外面への緊密な適合を確保するために膨張可能である、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置であって、印刷される前記熱交換器プレートをホストするように適合されたトレイの少なくとも1つの隆起部分を、さらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの隆起部分は、前記熱交換器プレート(200)の前記周辺スカート(210)の内周に対応する外周を有する、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項9に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記隆起部分には、前記熱交換器プレートを所定の位置に保持するための手段が設けられている、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項10に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記手段は、前記プレートを所定の位置に保持する真空である、ステンシル装置。
- 請求項10に記載のステンシル装置であって、前記手段は、前記隆起部分の前記外周から横方向に延びる引き込み可能なロックピンであり、前記ロックピンは、前記熱交換器プレートを前記隆起部分にロックするために前記周辺スカート(210)の前記内周に係合し、前記熱交換器プレートを前記隆起部分から解放するために引き込まれる、ステンシル装置。
- ろう付けされる熱交換器プレートにろう材コーティングを適用するための請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のステンシル装置の使用。
- 熱交換器プレート(200)の隆起(R)、ポート開口部を囲む領域、および周辺スカート(210)にろう材を同時にステンシル印刷する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記熱交換器プレート(200)をステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)の開口部(190)に配置して、前記ステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)の内面を前記熱交換器プレートの前記周辺スカート(210)の外周に接触させるステップと、
上部ステンシル(100)を前記熱交換器プレートに配置するステップと、
前記上部ステンシル(100)の開口部(120,130)を通して前記熱交換器プレートのポート開口部を囲む領域および隆起(R)にろう材を適用するステップと、
前記ステンシルを印刷する下部ステンシル(150)の前記内面(195)のろう材出口(180)を通して前記周辺スカート(210)にろう材を適用するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって、前記上部ステンシル(100)の周辺開口部(140)と、前記ろう材出口(180)と、の間に配置されたカナル(160)によって、ろう材を前記ろう材出口(180)に運ぶステップを含む、方法。
