Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも2つの流体間で熱を交換するためのろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)であり、前記熱交換器は、媒体が熱を交換するためのプレート間流路の形成下で隣接するプレートの隆起と窪みとの間の接触点によってプレートが互いに距離を保つように適合された窪み(G)および隆起(R)を含むプレスされたパターンを備えたいくつかの熱交換器プレート(110)と、前記熱交換器プレートのコーナー領域に配置され、熱を交換する流体が細長い熱交換器プレートのポート開口間を流れるようにプレート間流路との選択的な流体連通を有する少なくとも4つのポート開口と、周囲との連通からプレート間流路を閉め切る周囲シールと、を含み、前記熱交換器プレートはろう付けによって接合される、ろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)であって、
前記周囲シールは、互いに接触する隣接するプレートのスカート(150)間の接触から部分的に生じ、前記スカートは、各熱交換器プレートの2つの長辺に沿って少なくとも部分的に延び、熱交換器プレートの2つの短辺に沿って延びる平坦な領域(l30a、l30b、l40a、l40b)、すなわち平坦なシール、間の接触から部分的に生じる、ことを特徴とする、ろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。 - 前記熱交換器プレートは、0.1~2mmの厚さを有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から作製される、請求項1に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記ポート開口と前記プレート間流路との間の選択的な流体の流れは、いくつかのポート開口(120a)を高レベルに、およびいくつかのポート開口(120b)を低レベルに設けることによって達成される、請求項1または2に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記熱交換器プレート(110)は同一であり、熱交換器を形成するためにスタックに配置される前に、1つおきのプレートがその平面内で180度回転される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記熱交換器プレートの2つの長辺に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びるスカート(150)は、隣接するプレートのスカート(150)が重なり合う様式で互いに接触し、ろう付け後にプレート間流路のためのシールを提供するように、前記熱交換器プレートの平面に対して垂直に近く配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記熱交換器プレートの2つの短辺に沿った平坦なシールは、ポート開口とプレート間流路との間の選択的な連通を提供するために、ポート開口を囲む領域(120a、120b)が互いに接触するのと同じ様式で互いに接触するように適合される細長い領域(l30a、l30b、l40a、l40b)によって提供される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 平坦なシーリング表面(130a、130b、140a、140b)とスカート(150)によって提供されるシーリングとの間の接合部において、スカートとスカートとのシーリングおよび平坦なシーリングの両方を含むシーリングが提供される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 可能な限り大きなポート開口面積を提供するために、ポート開口(120a、120b)は液滴形状である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記スカート(150)は、前記熱交換器プレート(110)の2つの側面の全長に沿って延在する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 前記熱交換器プレート(110)は、ロールフォーミングによって製造される、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のろう付けプレート熱交換器(100)に含まれる熱交換器プレート(110)を形成する方法であって、
前記熱交換器プレートの長辺がロールフォーミングの流れ方向に沿うように、シートメタルのブランクまたは連続ストリップ(230)を、隆起(R)および溝(G)をブランクまたは連続ストリップにプレスするように適合された隆起および溝を含むパターンを有する少なくとも2つのロール(210、220)を含むロールフォーミング装置(200)に供給する工程と、
シートメタルのブランクまたはストリップ(230)にポート開口(l20a、l20b)をスタンピングする工程と、
ストリップ(230)が前記ロールフォーミング装置(200)に供給される場合、ストリップを前記熱交換器プレートの所望の長さに対応する長さに切断する工程と、
を含む、熱交換器プレート(110)を形成する方法。 - ロールの一方(210、220)が動力を供給され、他方が自由に回転する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 両方のロール(210、220)に電力が供給される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ロール(210、220)が異なる直径を有する、請求項11~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
