Claims (4)
- 相手側のコネクタと結合するコネクタ部を備えた電子制御装置において、
上記コネクタ部は、
外周側の外周壁と、
回路基板と電気的に接続された複数のコネクタ端子と、
上記コネクタ端子の根元側の周囲を封止するポッティング剤からなる封止部と、
上記コネクタ端子間に位置する凹部と、
上記コネクタ端子と対向する仕切り壁と、を有し、
上記凹部の底面は、上記封止部の頂部よりも上記コネクタ端子の根元側に位置し、
上記仕切り壁は、内周側に上記凹部を形成する内側壁の一部であり、
上記封止部は、上記外周壁と上記内側壁との間に形成される通路部を介して隣接するコネクタ端子の封止部と連続していることを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 上記凹部は、ポッティング剤が存在しない領域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御装置。
- 上記凹部には、上記封止部の頂部よりも上記コネクタ端子の根元側に底面が位置するようポッティング剤が充填されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御装置。
- 上記凹部の水の有無を検知可能なセンサを上記コネクタ部に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御装置。
