Claims (4)
- 環状に形成され、所定部材の環状の溝部に配置され、前記溝部に配置された状態で弾性変形することにより前記溝部を封止可能な基部と、
前記基部が前記溝部に配置される状態で前記溝部の側面側に突出し、前記基部の周方向に間隔を空けて複数配置され、前記溝部の側面に対向する支持面を有する突起部と
を備え、
前記突起部は、前記基部との接続部分における前記周方向の長さが、前記周方向に隣り合う前記突起部の対向する端部同士の前記周方向の間隔よりも長く、前記基部が前記溝部に配置される状態で全ての前記支持面が前記溝部の側面に平行に配置されるように形成され、
複数の前記突起部は、少なくとも1つが、前記支持面から前記溝部の側面側に向けて突出する小突起部を有し、
複数の前記突起部のうち前記小突起部を有しない前記突起部は、前記基部が弾性変形した状態で弾性変形して前記溝部の側面に前記支持面の全面が接触するように形成され、
複数の前記突起部のうち前記小突起部を有する前記突起部は、前記基部が弾性変形した状態で弾性変形して前記溝部の側面に前記小突起部が押し付けられ、前記支持面が前記溝部の側面に平行に配置されるように形成される
ガスケット。 - 前記突起部は、周方向及び前記基部の高さ方向の少なくとも一方について、前記支持面の端辺側が丸みを帯びた形状を有する
請求項1に記載のガスケット。 - 前記基部及び前記突起部は、ゴム材料を用いて形成され、ゴム硬度がHDA60以下である
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のガスケット。 - 樹脂材料を用いて形成され、環状の溝部を有する所定部材と、
前記所定部材の前記溝部に配置される請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のガスケットと、
前記ガスケットを前記溝部に封止する封止部材と
を備える封止構造。
