Description
Claims (9)
- 被測定流体に含まれる粒子を画像認識し該粒子の物理量を計測する粒子測定装置であって、
前記粒子を含む試料を保持する試料保持領域と、
前記試料保持領域の壁面に配置された観察窓と、
前記観察窓に向けて洗浄液を吐出する洗浄ノズルを備え、
前記洗浄液は、前記被測定流体と異なるものであり、
前記試料保持領域の試料を入れ替えた前後の画像を比較することで、前記観察窓に付着した前記粒子の有無を判別し、洗浄の要否を判断し、洗浄が必要と判断されたときのみ洗浄動作を行うことを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記試料保持領域は、領域内に外気が侵入しないようにシールされていることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項2に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記試料保持領域は、バルブにより閉じることで構成されていることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記試料保持領域の壁面の前記観察窓に対向する位置に前記粒子に光を照射するための照射窓を備え、
前記照射窓は、前記観察窓との間隔を調整可能であり、
洗浄時は計測時に比べて前記照射窓と前記観察窓との間隔を広げて前記観察窓および前記照射窓を洗浄することを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記洗浄液は、前記観察窓を傷付けず洗浄効果を有する液であることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記洗浄液は、水または前記試料から固形成分を除去した液であることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記洗浄液は、分散剤や界面活性剤などを添加した水であることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項5に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記洗浄液は、樹脂性の低硬度粒子を含んだスラリーであることを特徴とする粒子測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の粒子測定装置であって、
前記試料保持領域に狭窄部を形成し、前記試料の前記狭窄部での流速が前記試料保持領
域の試料導入口での流速より速いことを特徴とする粒子測定装置。
