Description
第一の磁性薄帯としてFe73.5Cu1.0Nb3.0Si16.0B6.5の比率(原子%)となるよう原料粉末を調製した。第二の磁性薄帯としてFe73.4Cu1.0Nb2.6Si14.0B9.0の比率(原子%)となるよう原料粉末を調製した。各成分の原子%の合計値は100%である。

Claims (9)
- Fe-Nb-Cu-Si-B系磁性薄帯をXRD分析したとき、結晶相のピーク総面積/(アモルファス相のピーク面積+結晶相のピーク総面積)で示される結晶化度が0.05以上0.4以下であることを特徴とする磁性薄帯。
- 前記結晶相をEBSD分析したとき、KIKUCHIパターンが検出される領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性薄帯。
- 前記磁性薄帯の板厚は25μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の磁性薄帯。
- 請求項1に記載の磁性薄帯を巻回または積層したことを特徴とする磁性コア。
- 請求項4に記載の磁性コアを熱処理して平均結晶粒経が200nm以下の結晶構造にしたことを特徴とする磁性コア。
- 前記磁性コアをXRD分析したとき、結晶化度の値が0.9以上であることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の磁性コア。
- コイルを巻回したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁性コア。
- 10kHzのインダクタンスをL10とし、100kHzのインダクタンスをL100としたときL10/L100が1.5以下であり、100kHzにける透磁率が15000以上である請求項4に記載の磁性コア。
- 100kHのインダクタンスをL100とし、1MHzのインダクタンスをL1MとしたときL100/L1Mが11以下であり、100kHzにける透磁率が15000以上である請求項4に記載の磁性コア。
