Claims (8)
- 導体(L)を接続するためのバネ力端子コネクタであって、
バスバー(10)と、
締め付け状態の場合に接続すべき前記導体(L)を前記バスバー(10)に対して締め付けるための締付バネ(11)と、
回動可能に配置されている動作レバー(12)であって、前記締付バネ(11)が、前記動作レバー(12)の回動運動によって動作可能とされる、前記動作レバー(12)と、
を備えている前記バネ力端子コネクタにおいて、
締付ケージ(13)が、接続すべき前記導体(L)を収容するための空間を形成しており、
前記締付バネ(11)が、板バネの形態とされ、前記締付バネ(11)が、締付領域の形態とされる第1の端部セクション(14)と、前記第1の端部セクション(14)の反対側に位置する、保持領域の形態とされる第2の端部セクション(15)とを有しており、
前記締付バネ(11)が、前記第2の端部セクション(15)を介して、前記締付ケージ(13)に固定されており、
前記動作レバー(12)が、前記締付ケージ(13)に回動可能に取付けられており、
突起(16)が前記バスバー(10)に形成されており、前記締付バネ(11)が、非締付状態において前記締付バネ(11)の前記第1の端部セクション(14)を介して前記突起(16)にプリテンションされて保持されていることを特徴とするバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。 - 前記締付バネ(11)を前記締付ケージ(13)に固定するために、前記締付バネ(11)の前記第2の端部セクション(15)を介して前記締付バネ(11)を係止するための開口部(21)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。
- 動作面(24)が、前記第1の端部セクション(14)に一体に形成されており、前記締付バネ(11)を動作させるように前記動作レバー(12)と相互作用し、
前記動作面(24)が、前記締付バネ(11)の前記第1の端部セクション(14)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。 - 窓状開口部(25)の形態をした案内輪郭が、前記締付ケージ(13)に形成されており、
前記締付バネ(11)の前記動作面(24)が、前記窓状開口部(25)を通じて突出しており、これにより前記締付バネ(11)の前記動作面(24)が、前記締付ケージ(13)の外側において前記動作レバー(12)と相互作用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。 - 前記締付ケージ(13)が、金属材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。
- 前記動作レバー(12)が、前記締付バネ(11)を動作させるための動作カム(27)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバネ力端子コネクタ(100)。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の前記バネ力端子コネクタ(100)が配置されていることを特徴とする導体端子(200)。
- ハウジング(30)が、前記動作レバー(12)を係止するためのラッチ領域(34)を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の導体端子(200)。
