- 前記ダイアフラム本体(100、201)が、超音波センサのダイアフラムカップとして形成されており、前記ダイアフラムカップが、振動可能なダイアフラム面(204)を有することを特徴とする請求項8から15のいずれか一項に記載のダイアフラム(101a、101b、101c、101d、200)。
- 請求項8から16のいずれか一項に記載のダイアフラム(101a、101b、101c、101d、200)を備えた超音波センサ。
