Abstract
Description
A.元素Zr、Ti、Si、Hfおよび/またはCeの少なくとも1つの水溶性化合物;
B.少なくともカルボキシル基またはヒドロキシル基を含む少なくとも1つの水溶性有機樹脂であって、それぞれの樹脂の酸価および/またはヒドロキシル価の合計が、少なくとも50mg KOH/gである水溶性有機樹脂;ならびに
C.少なくとも1つの分散ワックス
を含有する酸性水性組成物と接触させられる。
A.0.005から0.5wt%、好ましくは0.01から0.1wt%の、元素Zr、Tiおよび/またはSiのフルオロ錯体、
B.0.1から5wt%、好ましくは0.2から1wt%の、酸化ポリアルキレンワックス、ならびに
C.0.05から3wt%、好ましくは0.1から2wt%の、グリコールウリルのアルデヒドとの縮合物から選択される水溶性樹脂であって、縮合物は、好ましくは、ヒドロキシル価が少なくとも50mg KOH/gであり、そして縮合物のアルキル化度が好ましくは20%未満である、水溶性樹脂
を含有する。
A.金属板の円形ブランクが深絞りされて、一方の端が開口した缶シリンダが形成され;
B.一方の端が開口した缶シリンダは、湿式化学的前処理が施され、そしてその後、中間のフラッシング工程を介するかまたは介さずに、しかし好ましくは、フラッシング工程以外の任意の付加的な中間湿式化学前処理工程を介さずに、コーティングされ、湿式化学前処理において、少なくとも、缶シリンダの外周面は、
a)元素Zr、Ti、Si、Hfおよび/またはCeの少なくとも1つの水溶性無機化合物;
b)少なくともカルボキシル基またはヒドロキシル基を含む少なくとも1つの水溶性有機ポリマーであって、酸価および/またはヒドロキシル価の合計が、少なくとも50mgKOH/gである水溶性有機ポリマー;ならびに
c)少なくとも1つの分散ワックス;
を含有する酸性水性組成物と接触させられ;そして
C.湿式化学的前処理が施され、かつコーティングされた缶シリンダは、一方の端が開口したリム領域において絞り加工されて、缶シリンダの直径にテーパがつけられ、そして/または一方の端が開口したリム領域においてフランジが形成されるように成形される
製造方法に関する。
組成物の使用により、最も小さい滑り角度および最も良好な塗膜密着性が得られる(E1からE3)ことを示している。
Claims (15)
- 金属板から深絞りされて、一方の端が開口した缶シリンダを表面処理する方法であって、少なくとも、前記缶シリンダの外周面を、
a)元素Zr、Ti、Si、Hfおよび/またはCeの少なくとも1つの水溶性化合物と;
b)少なくともカルボキシル基またはヒドロキシル基を含む少なくとも1つの水溶性有機樹脂であって、それぞれの樹脂の酸価および/またはヒドロキシル価の合計が、少なくとも50mg KOH/gである水溶性有機樹脂と;
c)少なくとも1つの分散ワックスと
を含有する酸性水性組成物と接触させることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記酸性水性組成物の成分a)に該当する前記水溶性化合物が、元素Zr、Tiおよび/またはSiのフルオロ錯体から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物中の成分a)に該当する元素Zr、Ti、Si、Hfおよび/またはCeの水溶性化合物の含有量が、前記元素の総含有量に基づき0.01から1g/Lの範囲にあり、元素Zrおよび/またはTiの水溶性化合物の量が、前記元素ZrおよびTiの総含有量に基づき、好ましくは少なくとも0.01g/L、特に好ましくは少なくとも0.02g/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物の成分b)に該当する前記水溶性有機樹脂が、ビニルエーテル、ビニルアルコール、(メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸またはフマル酸に基づくポリマーまたはコポリマーから、ヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステルから、およびグリコールウリルまたはメラミンの、アルデヒドとの縮合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分b)に該当する水溶性有機樹脂の含有量が、前記酸性水性組成物中で、0.1から50g/Lの範囲、好ましくは0.5から10g/Lの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物中の前記ワックスが、合成ワックスから、好ましくは酸化ポリアルキレンワックスから、特に好ましくは酸化ポリエチレンワックスから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物中の分散ワックスの含有量が、0.1から10g/Lの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物が、好ましくは少なくとも0.1g/Lの量のリン酸イオンを、しかし好ましくは10g/L以下の量のリン酸イオンをさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物のpH値が、2以上、好ましくは3以上、かつ6以下、好ましくは5以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、一方の端が開口した前記缶シリンダの前記外周面に、前記酸性水性組成物との接触後に、そして必要により、直後にフラッシング工程を行った後に、保護被膜が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 一方の端が開口した前記缶シリンダが、前記酸性水性組成物と接触した後、かつ前記保護被膜の、前記缶シリンダの前記外周面上への塗布前に、フラッシング工程以外のさらなる湿式化学前処理工程がないことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記缶シリンダが、一方の端が開口したリム領域において成形されていない、特に、絞り加工されて前記缶シリンダの直径にテーパがつけられてもいなければ、フランジが形成されるように成形されてもいないことを特徴とする、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記缶シリンダが、ブリキ、鋼板またはアルミニウム板から深絞りされることを特徴とする、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 缶シリンダの製造方法であって、
A.金属板の円形ブランクが深絞りされて、一方の端が開口した缶シリンダが形成され;
B.一方の端が開口した前記缶シリンダが、請求項10または11に記載の方法に従って前処理され、かつコーティングされ;そして
C.前処理され、かつコーティングされた前記缶シリンダが、一方の端が開口したリム領域において絞り加工され、前記缶シリンダの直径にテーパがつけられ、および/または一方の端が開口した前記リム領域においてフランジが形成されるように成形される、
製造方法。 - pH値が2から5の範囲である、金属缶の表面処理用酸性水性組成物であって、
a)0.005から0.5wt%の、元素Zr、Tiおよび/またはSiのフルオロ錯体と;
b)0.1から5wt%の酸化ポリアルキレンワックスと;
c)0.05から3wt%の、グリコールウリルのアルデヒドとの縮合物から選択される水溶性樹脂と
を含有する酸性水性組成物。
