Description
(i)以下成分を含有する酸性水性組成物と接触し、

a)元素Zr、Ti、Si、Hfおよび/またはCeの少なくとも1つの水溶性無機化合物;および
b)少なくともカルボキシル基またはヒドロキシル基を含む少なくとも1つの水溶性有機ポリマーであって、酸価および/またはヒドロキシル価の合計が、少なくとも50mgKOH/gである水溶性有機ポリマー;
続いて、中間のフラッシング工程を介するかまたは介さずに、
(ii)ワックスの水性分散系と
接触させ;そして
C.湿式化学的前処理が施され、かつコーティングされた缶シリンダは、一方の端が開口したリム領域において絞り加工されて、缶シリンダの直径にテーパがつけられ、そして/または一方の端が開口したリム領域においてフランジが形成されるように成形される
製造方法に関する。
Claims (10)
- pH値が2から5の範囲である、金属缶の表面処理用の酸性水性組成物であって、
a)各元素に基づき、0.005から0.5wt%の、元素Zr、Tiおよび/またはSiのフルオロ錯体と;
b)0.1から3wt%の、グリコールウリルのアルデヒドとの縮合物から選択される水溶性樹脂と
を含有する酸性水性組成物。 - グリコールウリルのアルデヒドとの前記縮合物のヒドロキシル価が少なくとも50mgKOH/gであり、アルキル化度が20%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも0.1g/Lの量のリン酸イオンをさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 金属板から深絞りされ、かつ一方の端が開口した缶シリンダの表面処理方法であって、少なくとも、缶シリンダの外周面を、
(i)請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物と接触させ、
続いて、中間のフラッシング工程を介するかまたは介さずに、
(ii)ワックスの水性分散系と
接触させることを特徴とする、缶シリンダの表面処理方法。 - 工程(ii)における水性分散系中のワックスが、合成ワックスからから選択され、前記水性分散系中のワックスの含有量が、0.1から50g/Lの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)および(ii)におけるそれぞれの前記水性組成物との接触が、いずれの場合にも、スプレーオンによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、一方の端が開口した缶シリンダの外周面に、工程(ii)における水性組成物との接触後に、保護被膜が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記缶シリンダが、一方の端が開口したリム領域において成形されていないことを特徴とする、請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記缶シリンダが、ブリキ、鋼板またはアルミニウム板から深絞りされることを特徴とする、請求項4から8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 缶シリンダの製造方法であって、
A.金属板の円形ブランクが深絞りされて、一方の端が開口した缶シリンダが形成され;
B.一方の端が開口した前記缶シリンダが、請求項7に記載の方法において前処理され、かつコーティングされ;そして
C.前処理され、かつコーティングされた前記缶シリンダが、一方の端が開口したリム領域において絞り加されて、前記缶シリンダの直径にテーパがつけられ、および/または一方の端が開口した前記リム領域においてフランジが形成されるように成形される、缶シリンダの製造方法。
