Description
(a)コーティング材料を準備する。

Claims (12)
- 基材の表面にコーティング材料を適用するための装置であって、
片側に歯部が設けられた可撓性ベースプレートと、
前記歯部が設けられた側に並行に設けられたチャネルと、
前記チャネルの前記歯部が設けられた側の反対側に設けられた少なくとも1つのシーリングリップとを有する、装置。 - 前記可撓性ベースプレートは、10mm以下の曲げ半径を達成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記歯部は、前記ベースプレートに垂直な複数の歯を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記歯部が設けられた側の外縁には前記歯が無い部分が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記歯は、前記ベースプレートを越えて突出する長さ部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャネルは、規則的に配置された複数の出口を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャネルは、少なくとも1つの補給穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- コーティング材料の適用のための請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置の使用。
- 保護コーティングを生成するための方法であって、
コーティング材料を準備するステップ(a)と、
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置によって、部材に前記コーティング材料を適用するステップ(b)と、
コーティング得られるまで、適用された前記コーティング材料を硬化するステップ(c)と、を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)において、前記コーティング材料として腐食保護コーティングを生成するためのコーティング材料が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において、前記コーティング材料は、前記部材の表面の一部分のみに適用されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において、ロータブレード、翼又は水中翼の縁にのみコーティングがなされることを特徴とする、請求項9~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
