- 破砕する強化ガラスの表面に一定面積接触して配置され、板面にチップ移動孔111aが形成される支持部110と、
前記支持部110の上部に昇降可能に結合され、中心領域に下降しながら前記チップ移動孔111aを介して強化ガラスを打撃する破砕チップ123が備えられる打撃部120と、
前記支持部110と前記打撃部120との間に挿入されて前記打撃部120の任意下降を防止する安全ピン140と、を含み、
前記支持部110は、
前記チップ移動孔111aが貫通形成され、破砕する強化ガラスの表面に配置される支持板111と、
前記チップ移動孔111aの外周縁に垂直に形成され、前記破砕チップ123の下降を案内する破砕チップ案内管113と、
前記破砕チップ案内管113の外部に前記破砕チップ案内管113と同心円状に配置される下部外部案内管112と、を含み、
前記打撃部120は、
下降のために加圧される上部ケーシング121と、
前記上部ケーシング121の中心領域に下部に垂直に形成され、前記破砕チップ123の下端が下部に露出するように前記破砕チップ123を収容し、前記破砕チップ案内管113に沿って下降するチップ固定軸122と、
前記チップ固定軸122の外周縁に同心円状に備えられ、前記打撃部120の下降時に前記下部外部案内管112に外接するように下降する上部外部案内管125と、を含み、
前記安全ピン140は、
安全ピン本体141と、
前記安全ピン本体141の内部に備えられ、前記下部外部案内管112の外径に対応するように形成され、前記下部外部案内管112に弾性的に結合される外部管嵌込み環143と、

前記外部管嵌込み環143の先端には、前記下部外部案内管112の嵌込み方向に一定長さの直線状に形成され、前記下部外部案内管112の外壁を弾性的に接触加圧する加圧ネック143aと、
前記加圧ネック143aの端部から外側方向に折り曲げ形成される外部折曲端143bと、を含み、
前記外部折曲端143bと前記安全ピン本体141の側壁141aとの間には、前記外部管嵌込み環143が前記下部外部案内管112の脱着時に弾性変形が可能になるように弾性離隔空間144が形成される、強化ガラス破砕機。 - 前記下部外部案内管112は、一定角度の間隔で円弧状に配置される複数の案内板112a、112bと、隣接する案内板112a、112bの間に配置され、前記案内板112a、112bよりも高い高さに形成される複数の姿勢保持板115と、を含む請求項1に記載の強化ガラス破砕機。
- 前記破砕チップ案内管113の上端と前記チップ固定軸122の下端には、互いに係止結合され、前記チップ固定軸122の下降を案内する下部フック113aおよび上部フック122cが対応する形状に備えられる請求項1に記載の強化ガラス破砕機。
- 前記上部ケーシング121の上面に脱着可能に結合される表示部130をさらに含む請求項3に記載の強化ガラス破砕機。
