Description
ハウジングと、
第1のストッパを備えるカートリッジを受け入れるように構成されたカートリッジ受けと、
前記第1のストッパを移動させるように構成されたプランジャロッドをプランジャロッド後退位置とプランジャロッド伸張位置との間で移動させるように組み合わせられた駆動モジュールと、
前記プランジャロッドの移動に対する抵抗を表す抵抗信号をもたらすように構成された抵抗センサと、
前記駆動モジュールおよび前記抵抗センサに接続された処理ユニットと
を備えており、
前記処理ユニットは、
・前記プランジャロッドを前記プランジャロッド伸張位置に向かって移動させるように前記駆動モジュールを制御し、
・現在のプランジャロッド位置を決定し、
・前記抵抗信号を受信し、
・前記抵抗信号および前記現在のプランジャロッド位置に基づいてカートリッジパラメータを決定し、
・前記カートリッジパラメータに基づいて前記プランジャロッドの移動を調整するように前記駆動モジュールを制御する
ように構成されている、自動注射器。
・第1のストッパを備えるカートリッジを受け入れるステップと、
・プランジャロッドをプランジャロッド伸張位置に向かって移動させるステップと、
・現在のプランジャロッド位置を決定するステップと、
・前記プランジャロッドの移動に対する抵抗を表す抵抗信号を受信するステップと、
・前記抵抗信号および前記現在のプランジャロッド位置に基づいてカートリッジパラメータを決定するステップと、
・前記カートリッジパラメータに基づいて前記プランジャロッドの移動を調整するステップと
を含む方法。
Claims (3)
- 薬剤を投与するための自動注射器であって、
ハウジングと、
第1のストッパとカートリッジコード特徴部とを備えるカートリッジを受け入れるように構成されたカートリッジ受けと、
前記カートリッジコード特徴部を読み取るように構成されたコードセンサと、
前記第1のストッパを移動させるように構成されたプランジャロッドをプランジャロッド後退位置とプランジャロッド伸張位置との間で移動させるように組み合わせられた駆動モジュールと、
前記プランジャロッドの移動に対する抵抗を表す抵抗信号をもたらすように構成され、前記駆動モジュールによって消費される電力を決定するように構成された抵抗センサと、
前記駆動モジュールの回転の回数を表す回転計信号をもたらすように構成された回転計と、
前記駆動モジュール、前記回転計、前記抵抗センサおよびコードセンサに接続された処理ユニットと
を備えており、
前記処理ユニットは、
・前記カートリッジコード特徴部を表すコード信号を前記コードセンサから受信し、前記コード信号に基づいてプランジャロッドしきい値、低抵抗しきい値および高抵抗しきい値を決定し、
・前記プランジャロッドを前記プランジャロッド伸張位置に向かって移動させるように前記駆動モジュールを制御し、
・前記回転計信号を受信し、前記回転計信号に基づいて現在のプランジャロッド位置を決定し、
・前記抵抗信号を受信し、
・前記抵抗信号、前記現在のプランジャロッド位置、前記低抵抗しきい値、前記高抵抗しきい値および前記プランジャロッドしきい値に基づいてカートリッジパラメータを決定し、
・前記カートリッジパラメータに基づいて前記プランジャロッドの移動を調整するように前記駆動モジュールを制御し、
・前記カートリッジパラメータが、前記現在のプランジャロッド位置が前記プランジャロッドしきい値に達していること、および前記抵抗信号が前記低抵抗しきい値を下回る前記プランジャロッドの移動に対する抵抗を示していることを表している場合に、前記プランジャロッドの移動を調整するように前記駆動モジュールを制御し、
・前記カートリッジパラメータが、前記抵抗信号が前記高抵抗しきい値を上回る前記プランジャロッドの移動に対する抵抗を示していることを表している場合に、前記プランジャロッドの移動を調整するように前記駆動モジュールを制御する、
ように構成され、
前記プランジャロッドの移動の調整は、前記プランジャロッドの移動を停止させること及び/又は前記プランジャロッドを前記プランジャロッド後退位置へと移動させることを含む、自動注射器 - 前記処理ユニットに接続されたユーザインタフェースを備えており、前記処理ユニットは、前記カートリッジパラメータに基づいて前記ユーザインタフェースを介してユーザ出力信号を出力するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の自動注射器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の自動注射器と、第1のストッパを備えるカートリッジとを備えており、前記カートリッジは、前記カートリッジ受けに受け入れられるように構成されている、システム。
