最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
本開示の複合成形部品の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
以下、実施形態に係る複合成形部品について説明する。図1及び図2は複合成形部品10を示す斜視図である。図3は図1のIII-III線断面図である。図4及び図5は複合成形部品における内側成形部30及び環状シール部51、52、53、54を示す斜視図である。図1及び図4は同じ方向からの斜視図である。図2及び図5は同じ方向からの斜視図である。図6は内部部品20を示す斜視図である。
実際、内側成形部30と外側成形部40とをナイロンによって形成し、環状シール部51、52、53、54をウレタン樹脂によって形成した複合成形部品10を製造したところ、良好なシール性を得ることができることが確認された。

- 内部部品と、
前記内部部品を覆う内側成形部と、
前記内側成形部を覆う外側成形部と、
を備え、
前記外側成形部に、前記内側成形部に達する孔が形成され、
前記内側成形部と前記外側成形部との間に、前記孔を囲む環状シール部が設けられ、
前記環状シール部は、前記内側成形部よりも柔らかい材料によって形成されている、複合成形部品。 - 請求項1に記載の複合成形部品であって、
前記内側成形部と前記外側成形部とがポリアミド樹脂により形成され、
前記環状シール部がウレタン樹脂により形成されている、複合成形部品。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の複合成形部品であって、
前記内側成形部の表面に前記孔を囲む環状溝が形成され、
前記環状シール部が前記環状溝を埋めるように設けられている、複合成形部品。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合成形部品であって、
前記環状シール部が複数形成され、
前記環状シール部と同じ材料で形成された連結部が前記複数の環状シール部の間を繋ぐように設けられている、複合成形部品。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の複合成形部品であって、
前記環状シール部が前記内側成形部から突出している、複合成形部品。
