Claims (3)
- 繊維束が巻き付けられた複数のボビンが仕掛けられて各前記ボビンから前記繊維束を送り出すように構成された供給装置と、該供給装置から供給された各前記繊維束の配置型上への配置を行うための配置ヘッドであって前記繊維束を前記配置型上に押圧する押圧部を備える配置ヘッドと、前記配置のために前記配置ヘッドを移動させる多関節ロボットであって回動駆動される回動部に前記配置ヘッドが取り付けられる回動機構を介して前記配置ヘッドが取り付けられる多関節ロボットと、該多関節ロボットに設けられるガイド機構であって前記供給装置からの前記繊維束を前記配置ヘッドへ向けて案内するガイド機構とを備え、前記配置ヘッドが、前記ガイド機構からの前記繊維束を前記配置ヘッドの内部へ導入するための導入孔であって前記繊維束毎に形成された導入孔と、該導入孔から導入された前記繊維束を前記押圧部へ向けて送るために前記繊維束の経路毎に設けられた複数の送り機構と、各送り機構に対応させるかたちで前記送り機構に対する前記経路の上流側に設けられたガイドローラとを備える自動繊維束配置装置において、
前記配置ヘッドが、前記導入孔毎に設けられるS字ガイドであって、軸線が平行を成すように設けられると共に前記導入孔の中心線方向における位置を異ならせた一対のローラと、該一対のローラを支持すると共に前記中心線周りに回転可能に設けられた支持体とから成るS字ガイドを備える
ことを特徴とする自動繊維束配置装置。 - 前記配置ヘッドが、前記ガイドローラと前記導入孔との間に備えられる規制ガイドであって、前記繊維束が摺接するように前記繊維束を挟んで設けられた一対の規制部材から成る規制ガイドを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動繊維束配置装置。 - 前記規制ガイドは、前記規制部材が前記配置ヘッドの幅方向に延在することで2以上の前記経路に共通となるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動繊維束配置装置。
