Claims (3)
- 繊維束が巻き付けられた複数のボビンが仕掛けられて各前記ボビンから前記繊維束を送り出すように構成された供給装置と、該供給装置から供給された各前記繊維束の配置型上への配置を行うための配置ヘッドであって前記繊維束を前記配置型上に押圧する押圧部を備える配置ヘッドと、該配置ヘッドが取り付けられて前記配置のために前記配置ヘッドを移動させる多関節ロボットとを備える自動繊維束配置装置において、
前記配置ヘッドに備えられて前記繊維束を前記押圧部へ向けて送る送出機構であって、前記繊維束の経路毎に設けられて前記繊維束がニップされた状態で送られるように設けられた一対のローラを含む複数の送り機構、及び該送り機構毎に設けられて前記一対のローラの少なくとも一方を回転駆動する駆動モータを備えた駆動機構を有する送出機構と、
前記送出機構における各前記送り機構よりも前記押圧部側で前記繊維束の張力を検出するように設けられた張力検出機構と、
目標とする張力が設定張力値として設定される設定器と、
該設定器に設定された前記設定張力値と前記張力検出機構の検出値から求められる検出張力値とに基づいて各前記駆動モータの駆動を制御する張力制御装置とを備えた
ことを特徴とする自動繊維束配置装置。 - 前記設定器は、前記繊維束毎に前記設定張力値を設定可能に構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動繊維束配置装置。 - 前記配置ヘッドは、複数の前記経路が前記配置ヘッドの前後方向において異なる複数の位置に振り分けられるように構成されており、
前記設定器は、少なくとも前記前後方向の位置毎に前記設定張力値を設定可能に構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動繊維束配置装置。
