Claims (8)
- 放電用ガスが流通するガス流路を成し、管軸方向に延びる誘電体管と、
前記誘電体管の外壁に設けられた高圧電極と、
電気的に接地され、前記誘電体管の外壁に設けられた接地電極ユニットと、
前記高圧電極に接続され、前記誘電体管内で放電を発生させて前記放電用ガスからプラズマを生成するために、前記高圧電極と前記接地電極ユニットとの間に交流電圧を印加する電圧印加部と、
前記誘電体管を流通する前記放電用ガスに対して励起光を照射する光源と、
前記プラズマから発せられた光によって、前記ガス流路に導入された試料ガス中の試料成分から生成されたイオンを収集する収集電極を含む電荷収集部とを備え、
前記接地電極ユニットは、前記誘電体管の管軸方向に互いに離間して配置された第1接地電極と第2接地電極とを有し、
前記高圧電極は、前記第1接地電極と前記第2接地電極との間に設けられ、
前記第1接地電極と前記高圧電極との間の距離は、前記第2接地電極と前記高圧電極との間の距離よりも短く、
前記誘電体管の外壁であって前記第1接地電極と前記高圧電極との間の位置には、被覆部が設けられ、
前記光源は、光軸方向が前記被覆部を避けた位置を指すように前記励起光を照射する、放電イオン化検出器。 - 前記光源は、光軸方向が前記被覆部が設けられていない側の前記第1接地電極の端、または前記高圧電極の端を指すように前記励起光を照射する、請求項1に記載の放電イオン化検出器。
- 前記光源は、光軸方向が前記第1接地電極と前記高圧電極との間の所定位置を指すように当該光源を傾けて前記励起光を照射する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の放電イオン化検出器。
- 前記第1接地電極は、穴部を有し、
前記光源は、光軸方向が前記穴部を指すように前記励起光を照射する、請求項1に記載の放電イオン化検出器。 - 前記放電用ガスは、Arである、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の放電イオン化検出器。
- 前記励起光は、300nm以下の波長を含む光である、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の放電イオン化検出器。
- 前記光源は、紫外LEDである、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の放電イオン化検出器。
- 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の放電イオン化検出器と、
前記試料ガス中の試料成分を成分ごとに分離する分析カラムとを備え、
前記分析カラムで分離された試料成分を前記放電イオン化検出器の前記ガス流路に導入する、ガスクロマトグラフ分析装置。
