Description
誘導加熱は、クリーンで応答性が高く、制御可能で、安全かつ効率的に食品や温かい飲み物を準備する方法を提供する。現代の誘導型コンロは、一般に、コンロの調理面に正しく配置された強磁性体を検出できない場合に、誘導型コンロの動作を制限または停止する手段で構成されており、これは物体検出感知機能と呼ばれる。この機能は、このとき自動的に誘導コイルへの電力供給を制限するか、コイルへの電力供給を停止し、コンロのスイッチをオフにする。本発明はこの機能を利用する。
Claims (19)
- 誘導型コンロ上で用いる液体加熱装置であって、
水を受け入れ、収容し、加熱し、分配する容器であって、非強磁性材料からなる容器と、
前記容器の土台に隣接する前記容器の内部に配置される強磁性加熱板であって、前記容器の前記土台から離れるように略垂直な方向に垂直移動し、戻ることができるように構成された強磁性加熱板と、
前記強磁性加熱板を持ち上げる構成であって、感熱アクチュエータを含み、前記感熱アクチュエータに機械的に結合された構成とを備え、
前記感熱アクチュエータは、
位置エネルギーを蓄える手段と、
前記容器に流動的に接続された蒸気室と、
前記容器内の沸騰水から前記蒸気室に入る蒸気に近接することによって影響を受けるとき、所定の温度で作動するように設定された感熱装置を組み込んだ前記アクチュエータ用の解放可能なラッチ機構であって、前記ラッチ機構の解放により、蓄積された位置エネルギーが運動エネルギーに変換され、前記アクチュエータが移動して前記強磁性加熱板を持ち上げる機構と、
前記アクチュエータの動作への手動介入を容易にし、ユーザが前記アクチュエータの位置を設定または再設定できるようにするプッシュボタンまたはスイッチとを備え、
前記ラッチ機構は、前記プッシュボタンまたは前記スイッチを物理的に押下して手動で無効にする、または解除することができ、これにより、前記ラッチ機構は、その機構の一部を移動または偏向させることによって解放されることを特徴とする、液体加熱装置。 - 移動中の前記強磁性加熱板の向きは、前記容器の前記土台に対して略平行のままである、請求項1に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記感熱アクチュエータは、前記強磁性加熱板を前記感熱アクチュエータに機械的に結合するコネクタを含む、請求項1または2に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記コネクタは実質的に構造的剛性を有する部品である、請求項3に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記強磁性加熱板は、コネクタに、片持ち配置で取りつけられ、または接続されている、請求項3または4に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記感熱アクチュエータは、前記コネクタ用のガイドをさらに含む、請求項3~5のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記感熱アクチュエータは、部分的に前記容器の内側に、また部分的に前記容器の外側に配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記解放可能なラッチ機構のいくつかの部品は、前記容器に取り付けられた取っ手内に、一部として、かつ/または、別体として組み込まれている、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記蒸気室は、前記容器本体の上部の最大水量レベルより上に流動的に接続されている、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記感熱装置は、バイメタル、形状記憶材料、相変化材料、および電子温度感知装置のうちの1つまたは複数の温度感知手段を備える、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記強磁性加熱板は、所定のキュリー点温度を有する材料から製造され、当該キュリー点温度は、摂氏100度以上360度以下の範囲内である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記キュリー点温度は、摂氏110度以上260度以下の範囲内である、請求項11に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記強磁性加熱板は、スタンドオフとして機能する、前記強磁性加熱板からの下向きの突起を含む、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記突起は高さが0.1mm~10mmである、請求項13に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記突起は高さが0.5mm~3mmである、請求項14に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記強磁性加熱板は、穿孔の構成を含む、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記強磁性加熱板は、腐食保護を提供するために、他の材料でカプセル化、コーティング、または電気めっきされている、請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 注ぎ口と、スケールが分配されるのを防ぐために当該注ぎ口に配置され蒸気逃がし制限器として機能するフィルタ要素とを備える、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 前記プッシュボタンまたは前記スイッチを物理的に押下してプッシュ・トゥ・リリース機構を作動させる、請求項1~18のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
