Description
i.第1及び第2の主要外側表面と、相対する長手方向に延在する端部(e1、e2)の間に画定される幅(w)とを有する防水処理膜(2)、
ii.防水処理膜(2)の第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部を被覆するシーラント層(3)、及び
iii.シーラント層(3)の外側主要表面の一部を被覆する接着剤層(4)、
ここで、シーラント層(3)が、以下を含む接着剤シーラント組成物から構成される、シーリングデバイス(1)、特に自己接着性シーリングデバイスである:
(a)少なくとも一つのエラストマー、
(b)少なくとも一つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)少なくとも一つの不活性鉱物フィラー。
(a)1~40重量%の少なくとも1つのエラストマー、
(b)10~60重量%の少なくとも1つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)5~65重量%の少なくとも1つの不活性鉱物フィラー
を含んでなる。
(A)5~65重量%の少なくとも1つのポリマー成分、
(B)10~80重量%の粘着性樹脂、
(C)0~60重量%の少なくとも1つの不活性鉱物フィラー、
(D)0~30重量%の少なくとも1つの可塑剤
を含んでなる感圧接着剤組成から構成される。
(a)少なくとも65重量%、好ましくは少なくとも75重量%の、R1が水素又はメチレン基であり、且つR2が、2~9個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基である式(I)の1つ又は複数のアクリルモノマー、
(b)0~20重量%、好ましくは2.5~15重量%の、(メタ)アクリル酸、ベータ-アクリロイルオキシプロピオン酸、ビニル酢酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、アコニット酸、ジメチルアクリル酸、トリクロロアクリル酸、イタコン酸、酢酸ビニル及びヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのビニル化合物
を含んでなる反応混合物を使用することによって調製された。
(a’)少なくとも65.0重量%、好ましくは少なくとも85.0重量%の少なくとも1つのアクリレートポリマー、
(b’)0.01~5.0重量%、好ましくは0.1~1.0重量%の少なくとも1つの硬化剤、
(c’)0.1~5.0重量%、好ましくは0.25~2.5重量%の少なくとも1つの開始剤、及び
(d’)少なくとも0~30.0重量%、好ましくは5.0~20.0重量%の少なくとも1つの粘着性樹脂
の少なくとも部分的に架橋された組成物であることが好ましくなり得る。
(i)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有する防水処理膜を提供するステップと、
(ii)接着剤シーラント組成物を加熱して、組成物を流動させるステップと、
(iii)防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面がシーラント層によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されるように、加熱された接着剤シーラント組成物を防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面上に適用するステップと、
(iv)シーラント層の外側主要表面が接着剤層によって部分的に被覆されるように、シーラント層の外側主要表面上で接着剤組成物を適用するステップと
を含んでなり、接着剤シーラント組成物が、
(a)少なくとも1つのエラストマー、
(b)少なくとも1つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)少なくとも1つの不活性鉱物フィラー
を含んでなる、本発明によるシーリングデバイスの製造方法である。
(i)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有する防水処理膜を提供するステップと、
(ii)接着剤シーラント組成物及び接着剤組成物を加熱して、組成物を流動させるステップと、
(iii)防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面がシーラント層によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されるように、加熱された接着剤シーラント組成物を防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面上に適用するステップと、
(iv)シーラント層の外側主要表面が接着剤層によって部分的に被覆されるように、加熱された接着剤組成物をシーラント層の外側主要表面上で適用するステップと
を含んでなる。
(i)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有する防水処理膜を提供するステップと、
(ii)接着剤シーラント組成物及び接着剤組成物を加熱して、組成物を流動させるステップと、
(iii)防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面がシーラント層によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されるように、加熱された接着剤シーラント組成物を防水処理膜の第2の主要外側表面上に適用するステップと、
(iv)シーラント層の外側主要表面が接着剤層によって部分的に被覆されるように、加熱された接着剤組成物をシーラント層の外側主要表面上で適用するステップと
(v)接着剤組成物の架橋を行うために、接着剤層をUV放射線に暴露させるステップと
を含んでなる。
(i’)押出成形機ダイを通して防水処理層の組成物を押出成形するステップと、
(ii’)任意選択的に、間隔をあけたカレンダー冷却ロールを利用し、それを通してステップ(i’)において得られた押出成形物品を延伸するステップと
を含んでなる。
(i’)第1及び第2の主要表面を有する繊維材料の層を提供するステップと、
(ii’)繊維材料の層の第1の主要表面上へ押出成形機ダイを通して防水処理層の組成物を押出成形して、繊維層が裏付けされた防水処理層を形成するステップと、
(ii’)任意選択的に、間隔をあけたカレンダー冷却ロールを利用し、それを通してステップ(ii’)において得られた繊維層が裏付けされた防水処理層を延伸するステップと
を含んでなる。
(I)本発明による1つ又は複数のシーリングデバイスを提供するステップと、
(II)シーラント層の外側主要表面の一部及び接着剤層の外側主要表面の少なくとも一部が基材の表面と直接接触するように、防水処理される基材の表面上にシーリングデバイスを適用するステップと、
(III)シーリングデバイスと基材との間に接着結合を与えるために十分な圧力で、基材の表面に対してシーリングデバイスを押圧するステップと
を含んでなる、基材を防水処理する方法である。
(I’)本発明による少なくとも2つのシーリングデバイスを提供するステップと、
(II’)シーラント層の外側主要表面の一部及び接着剤層の外側主要表面の少なくとも一部が基材の表面と直接接触するように、且つ隣接するシーリングデバイスの端部が重なり合って、重なり合った継ぎ目が形成されるように、防水処理される基材の表面上にシーリングデバイスを適用するステップと、
(III’)シーリングデバイスと基材との間及び隣接するシーリングデバイスの端部の間に接着結合を与えるために十分な圧力で、基材の表面に対してシーリングデバイスを押圧するステップと
を含んでなる。
図1は、相対する縦方向(長手方向)に延在する端部(e1、e2)の間に画定される幅(w)を有する防水処理膜(2)と、防水処理膜(2)の第2の主要外側表面の実質的に全領域を被覆するシーラント層(3)と、シーラント層(3)の外側主要表面の一部を被覆する接着剤層(4)とを含んでなるシーリングデバイス(1)の斜視図を示す。本実施形態において、接着剤層(4)は、1つの単一接着剤セグメントの形態でシーラント層(3)の外側主要表面上でコーティングされる。

参照例1(Ref-1)のシーリングデバイスは、LDPE膜と、LDPE膜の主要表面の1つの実質的に全領域を被覆する第1の接着剤シーラントの連続的な層とを含んでなる。第1の接着剤シーラントは、約1.5mmの厚さでLDPE箔の表面上にコーティングされた。
シーリングデバイスの接着剤結合強度は、シーリングデバイスが接着された基材(木材、繊維強化コンクリート及び亜鉛プレート)の表面からシーリングデバイスを剥離した時に得られる平均剥離抵抗を測定することによって試験された。
接着剤結合強度を測定した:
- 「初期粘着力」、すなわち、シーリングデバイスが基材に接着された1時間後、
- 23℃の通常の室温でのシーリングデバイスの1日、1週間及び2週間貯蔵後、並びに
- 50℃又は70℃の高温でのシーリングデバイスの1日、1週間及び2週間貯蔵後。

[3]前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づき、15重量%未満、好ましくは10重量%未満、より好ましくは5重量%未満の水膨潤性鉱物フィラーを含む、上記[1]又は[2]に記載のシーリングデバイス。
[4]前記シーラント層(3)が前記防水処理膜(2)の前記第2の主要外側表面の実質的に全領域を被覆し、かつ/又は前記接着剤層(4)が前記シーラント層(3)の前記外側主要表面の5~90%、好ましくは15~85%を被覆している、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。

[7]不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントが、正方形又は長方形の形状を有し、かつ/又は不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントが、前記防水処理膜の長手方向及び/又は横断方向で一列に並び、かつ/又は2つの隣接した不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントの間の距離が、少なくとも1.0mm、好ましくは少なくとも1.5mmであり、かつ/又は不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントの平均サイズが、100~5,000mm 2 、好ましくは150~2,500mm 2 の範囲である、上記[6]に記載のシーリングデバイス。
[8]前記接着剤層(4)が前記シーラント層(3)に部分的に包埋されている、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[9]前記シーラント層(3)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した、0.1~5.0mm、好ましくは0.5~3.0mmの最大厚さを有し、且つ/又は前記接着剤層(4)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した、0.1~5.0mm、好ましくは0.5~3.0mmの最大厚さを有する、上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[10]前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、すべて前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づく割合で、以下を含む、上記[1]~[9]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス:
(a)1~40重量%の少なくとも一つの前記エラストマー、
(b)10~60重量%の少なくとも一つの25℃において液体である前記ポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)5~65重量%の少なくとも一つの前記不活性鉱物フィラー。
[11]少なくとも一つの前記エラストマーが、エチレン-プロピレンゴム、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、エチレン-プロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、天然ゴム、クロロプレンゴム、合成1,4-cis-ポリイソプレン、ポリブタジエン、スチレン-ブタジエンコポリマー、イソプレン-ブタジエンコポリマー、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエンゴム、メタクリル酸メチル-ブタジエンコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル-イソプレンコポリマー、アクリロニトリル-イソプレンコポリマー、及びアクリロニトリル-ブタジエンコポリマーからなる群から選択され、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記不活性鉱物フィラーが、砂、花こう岩、炭酸カルシウム、粘土、膨張粘土、珪藻土、軽石、マイカ、カオリン、タルク、ドロマイト、ゾノトライト、パーライト、バーミキュライト、ウォラストナイト、バライト、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、アルミン酸カルシウム、シリカ、ヒュームドシリカ、溶融シリカ、エアロゲル、ガラスビーズ、中空ガラス球、セラミック球、ボーキサイト、粉砕コンクリート、及びゼオライトからなる群から選択される、上記[1]~[10]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[12]前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、DIN EN 1238による環球法によって測定された、65~200℃、より好ましくは75~160℃の範囲の軟化点、及び/又は2℃/分の加熱速度を使用するISO 11357規格による示差走査熱量測定法(DSC)によって決定された、0℃又はこれを超える、より好ましくは15℃又はこれを超えるガラス転移温度(T g )を有する、少なくとも1つの25℃において固体である炭化水素樹脂をさらに含む、上記[1]~[11]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[13]前記接着剤層(4)が感圧接着剤組成物からなる、上記[1]~[12]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[14]前記防水処理膜(2)が、第1及び第2の主要表面を有する防水処理層(6)を含む、上記[1]~[13]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス。
[15]前記防水処理層(6)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した、0.1~5.0mm、好ましくは0.25~2.5mmの厚さを有する、上記[14]に記載のシーリングデバイス。
[16]前記防水処理膜(2)が、前記防水処理層(6)の前記第2の主要表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ前記防水処理層(2)及び前記シーラント層(3)の間に位置する繊維材料(7)の層をさらに含む、上記[14]又は[15]に記載のシーリングデバイス。
[17]以下を含む、上記[1]~[16]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイスの製造方法であって:
(i)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有する防水処理膜を提供すること、
(ii)接着剤シーラント組成物を加熱して、前記組成物を流動させること、
(iii)加熱した前記接着剤シーラント組成物を前記防水処理膜の前記第2の主要外側表面に適用し、それによって、前記防水処理膜の前記第2の主要外側表面をシーラント層で少なくとも部分的に被覆すること、及び
(iv)接着剤組成物を前記シーラント層の外側主要表面に適用し、それによって、前記シーラント層の前記外側主要表面を接着剤層で部分的に被覆すること、
ここで、前記接着剤シーラント組成物が以下を含む、製造方法:
(a)少なくとも一つのエラストマー、
(b)少なくとも一つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)少なくとも一つの不活性鉱物フィラー。
[18]以下の工程を含む、基材の防水処理方法:
(I)上記[1]~[16]のいずれか一つに記載の一つ又は複数のシーリングデバイスを提供すること、
(II)防水処理する前記基材の前記表面上に前記シーリングデバイスを適用し、それによって、シーラント層の外側主要表面の一部及び接着剤層の外側主要表面の少なくとも一部を前記基材の表面に直接接触させること、及び
(III)前記シーリングデバイスと前記基材との間に接着結合を与えるために十分な圧力で、前記基材の前記表面に対してシーリングデバイスを押圧すること。
[19]基材(8)と、上記[1]~[16]のいずれか一つに記載のシーリングデバイス(1)とを含む防水処理した基材であって、前記防水処理膜(2)の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部が、前記シーラント層(3)を介して、及び/又は前記接着剤層(4)を介して、前記基材(8)の表面に結合している、防水処理した基材。
Claims (19)
- 以下を含むシーリングデバイス(1)であって:
i.第1及び第2の主要外側表面と、相対する長手方向に延在する端部(e1、e2)の間に画定される幅(w)とを有する防水処理膜(2)、
ii.前記防水処理膜(2)の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部を被覆するシーラント層(3)、及び
iii.前記シーラント層(3)の外側主要表面の一部を被覆する接着剤層(4)、
ここで、
前記シーラント層(3)が、以下を含む接着剤シーラント組成物から構成されており:
(a)少なくとも一つのエラストマー、
(b)少なくとも一つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)水の存在下で水和反応を受けない少なくとも一つの不活性鉱物フィラー;
前記前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、水膨潤性粘土を含まないか、又は前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づき、2.5重量%以下の水膨潤性粘土を含み;かつ
前記シーラント層(3)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.1~5.0mmの最大厚さを有し、且つ/又は前記接着剤層(4)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.1~5.0mmの最大厚さを有する;
シーリングデバイス(1)。 - 少なくとも一つの25℃において液体である前記ポリオレフィン樹脂が、25℃において液体であるポリブテン及び25℃において液体であるポリイソブチレンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づき、15重量%未満の水膨潤性鉱物フィラーを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記シーラント層(3)が前記防水処理膜(2)の前記第2の主要外側表面の全領域を被覆し、かつ/又は前記接着剤層(4)が前記シーラント層(3)の前記外側主要表面の5~90%を被覆している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤層(4)が、前記シーラント層(3)の前記外側主要表面をコーティングする単一接着剤セグメントからなるか、あるいは前記接着剤層(4)が、前記シーラント層(3)の前記外側主要表面をコーティングする2つ又はそれを超える連続的な長手方向又は横断方向に延在する接着剤ストライプからなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤層(4)が、前記シーラント層(3)の前記外側主要表面をコーティングする不連続な間隔をあけた接着剤セグメントからなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントが、正方形又は長方形の形状を有し、かつ/又は不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントが、前記防水処理膜の長手方向及び/又は横断方向で一列に並び、かつ/又は2つの隣接した不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントの間の距離が、少なくとも1.0mmであり、かつ/又は不連続な間隔をあけた前記接着剤セグメントの平均サイズが、100~5,000mm 2 の範囲である、請求項6に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤層(4)が前記シーラント層(3)に部分的に包埋されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記シーラント層(3)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.5~3.0mmの最大厚さを有し、且つ/又は前記接着剤層(4)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.5~3.0mmの最大厚さを有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、すべて前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づく割合で、以下を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス:
(a)1~40重量%の少なくとも一つの前記エラストマー、
(b)10~60重量%の少なくとも一つの25℃において液体である前記ポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)5~65重量%の少なくとも一つの前記不活性鉱物フィラー。 - 少なくとも一つの前記エラストマーが、エチレン-プロピレンゴム、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、エチレン-プロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、天然ゴム、クロロプレンゴム、合成1,4-cis-ポリイソプレン、ポリブタジエン、スチレン-ブタジエンコポリマー、イソプレン-ブタジエンコポリマー、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエンゴム、メタクリル酸メチル-ブタジエンコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル-イソプレンコポリマー、アクリロニトリル-イソプレンコポリマー、及びアクリロニトリル-ブタジエンコポリマーからなる群から選択され、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記不活性鉱物フィラーが、砂、花こう岩、炭酸カルシウム、粘土、膨張粘土、珪藻土、軽石、マイカ、カオリン、タルク、ドロマイト、ゾノトライト、パーライト、バーミキュライト、ウォラストナイト、バライト、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、シリカ、ヒュームドシリカ、溶融シリカ、エアロゲル、ガラスビーズ、中空ガラス球、セラミック球、ボーキサイト、粉砕コンクリート、及びゼオライトからなる群から選択される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、DIN EN 1238による環球法によって測定された65~200℃の範囲の軟化点、及び/又は2℃/分の加熱速度を使用するISO 11357規格による示差走査熱量測定法(DSC)によって決定された0℃又はこれを超えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、少なくとも1つの25℃において固体である炭化水素樹脂をさらに含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。

- 前記防水処理膜(2)が、第1及び第2の主要表面を有する防水処理層(6)を含む、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記防水処理層(6)が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.1~5.0mmの厚さを有する、請求項14に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 前記防水処理膜(2)が、前記防水処理層(6)の前記第2の主要表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ前記防水処理層(2)及び前記シーラント層(3)の間に位置する繊維材料(7)の層をさらに含む、請求項14又は15に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 以下を含む、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイスの製造方法であって:
(i)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有する防水処理膜を提供すること、
(ii)接着剤シーラント組成物を加熱して、前記組成物を流動させること、
(iii)加熱した前記接着剤シーラント組成物を前記防水処理膜の前記第2の主要外側表面に適用し、それによって、前記防水処理膜の前記第2の主要外側表面をシーラント層で少なくとも部分的に被覆すること、及び
(iv)接着剤組成物を前記シーラント層の外側主要表面に適用し、それによって、前記シーラント層の前記外側主要表面を接着剤層で部分的に被覆すること、
ここで、
前記接着剤シーラント組成物が以下を含み:
(a)少なくとも一つのエラストマー、
(b)少なくとも一つの25℃において液体であるポリオレフィン樹脂、及び
(c)水の存在下で水和反応を受けない少なくとも一つの不活性鉱物フィラー;
前記前記接着剤シーラント組成物が、水膨潤性粘土を含まないか、又は前記接着剤シーラント組成物の全重量に基づき、2.5重量%以下の水膨潤性粘土を含み;かつ
前記シーラント層が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.1~5.0mmの最大厚さを有し、且つ/又は前記接着剤層が、DIN EN 1849-2規格において定義される測定方法を使用することによって決定した0.1~5.0mmの最大厚さを有する;
製造方法。 - 以下の工程を含む、基材の防水処理方法:
(I)請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の一つ又は複数のシーリングデバイスを提供すること、
(II)防水処理する前記基材の前記表面上に前記シーリングデバイスを適用し、それによって、シーラント層の外側主要表面の一部及び接着剤層の外側主要表面の少なくとも一部を前記基材の表面に直接接触させること、及び
(III)前記シーリングデバイスと前記基材との間に接着結合を与えるために十分な圧力で、前記基材の前記表面に対してシーリングデバイスを押圧すること。 - 基材(8)と、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のシーリングデバイス(1)とを含む防水処理した基材であって、前記防水処理膜(2)の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部が、前記シーラント層(3)を介して、及び/又は前記接着剤層(4)を介して、前記基材(8)の表面に結合している、防水処理した基材。
