Description
水、流動化剤、および繊維のセメント前駆体混合物(または予混合物)からなるUHPFRCを調製するステップと、
適切なスプレーノズルへ圧送することによりUHPFRCを輸送するステップと、
スプレーノズル内に圧縮空気流を追加することにより構造物の表面上に混合物を吹き付けるステップと
を含む、構造物を補強するための新規の方法を展開することに成功した。

Claims (9)
- 構造物を補強するための方法であって、
セメント前駆体混合物と、水と、流動化剤と、金属繊維と、を含むUHPFRCであって、コンクリート体積の少なくとも2%を有している前記UHPFRCを調製するステップと、
スプレーノズルへ圧送することにより前記UHPFRCを輸送するステップと、
前記スプレーノズル内に圧縮空気流を追加することにより、前記構造物の表面上に前記セメント前駆体混合物を吹き付けるステップと、
を含む、前記方法において、
前記スプレーノズルが、UHPFRC取込みパイプ(10)の端部に取り付けられており、前記UHPFRC取込みパイプ(10)から発せられるUHPFRCをシングル又はダブルである圧縮空気流と混合するためのトリプル入力取込み部(11)を備えており、圧送作業が、ツイン型ピストンを有するポンプにより実施され、
前記UHPFRCと前記圧縮空気流との混合物の流量が、1時間当たり2m 3 ~10m 3 であり、
吹付け作業が、10,000l/min~17,000l/minの間の前記スプレーノズルにおける圧縮空気流量と、空気圧が5bar~11barの間の空気圧力とで圧縮空気を追加することにより湿式で実施される、方法。 - 前記ポンプが、バランス機構を具備するS字弁を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプの作業圧力が、80barより大きい、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属繊維は、好ましくは高強度鋼から作製された繊維である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記UHPFRCは、コンクリート体積の2%~3.5%の間の金属繊維含有量を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント前駆体混合物は、混合物1m3あたり700kg~1000kgの間のセメントを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記UHPFRCは、0.25未満、好ましくは0.20未満の水/セメント重量比を
有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記金属繊維は、14mmよりも大きい平均寸法、例えば長さを有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- UHPFRCを用いて吹付け被覆された少なくとも1つの壁部を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により補強、修復、または再生された構造物。
