Claims (11)
- 内部に電池セル受容部が形成されたトレイと、
トレイの電池セル受容部に収容され、かつ複数個の電池セルが互いに電気的に連結されて単層でされる第1セルアセンブリと、
トレイの電池セル受容部に収容され、かつ複数個の電池セルが互いに電気的に連結されて単層で配置される第2セルアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記電池セルは、セル本体、セル本体を中心に両方向に突出された第1電極リード及び第2電極リードと、それぞれの第1電極リード及び第2電極リードとセル本体が連結される領域に第1テラス及び第2テラスが形成された構造であり、
前記第1セルアセンブリの一面には、互いに隣接する電池セルの第1電極リードと第2電極リードが連結される空間に形成される複数個の第1収容溝が形成される構造であり、
前記第1セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第1収容溝には、前記第2セルアセンブリの電池セルのセル本体が収容され、それぞれの前記第1セルアセンブリ及び第2セルアセンブリに含まれる電池セルのセル本体が互いに同じ層に配列される構造であり、
前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリの間には、断熱パッドと冷却パッドが配置される構造を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第2セルアセンブリの一面には、互いに隣接する電池セルの第1電極リードと第2電極リードが連結される空間に形成される複数個の第2収容溝が形成される構造であり、
前記第2セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第2収容溝には、前記第1セルアセンブリの電池セルのセル本体が収容される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、前記第1電極リード及び第2電極リードが突出された領域のセル本体の長さが、前記第1電極リード及び第2電極リードが突出されない領域のセル本体の長さよりも長く形成された構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルの一側面はセル本体が形成された領域が凸状に突出された構造であり、前記電池セルの他側面は平坦な構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは、互いに同じ層に配列されるm個(mは2以上の整数)の第1セルアセンブリを含み、
j番目(jは1以上、n-1以下の整数)の第1セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第1収容溝はj+1番目の第1セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第1収容溝と同じ軸に配列される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールは、互いに同じ層に配列されるn個(nは2以上の整数)の第2セルアセンブリを含み、
k番目(kは1以上、m-1以下の整数)の第2セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第2収容溝はk+1番目の第2セルアセンブリのそれぞれの第2収容溝と同じ軸に配列される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記断熱パッドは、前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリの間に配置され、かつ
前記第1セルアセンブリ及び第2セルアセンブリに含まれる電池セルの第1テラス及び第2テラスと接する領域に配置されるか、または第1テラス及び第2テラスと第1電極リード及び第2電極リードと接する領域に配置される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記冷却パッドは、前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリの間に配置され、かつ
前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリに含まれる電池セルのセル本体と接する領域に配置される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - それぞれの前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリは、複数個の電池セルが電気的に互いに直列連結される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリに含まれる電池セルのセル本体は、互いに同じ層に配列される構造であり、
前記第1セルアセンブリおよび第2セルアセンブリは、複数個の層で積層される構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
