Claims (11)
- 燃料電池システムの空気供給のための流体機械(1)であって、軸(2)に相対回動不能に結合された少なくとも1つの圧縮機ホイール(3)と、前記軸(2)を駆動するための電動機(4)とを有しており、前記圧縮機ホイール(3)がハブ区分(5)を介して前記軸(2)の中空円筒形の軸区分(6)に相対回動不能に結合されている形式のものにおいて、
前記ハブ区分(5)内に少なくとも1つの空気流路(7,8)が形成されており、該空気流路(7,8)を介して、圧縮機インレット(9)が、前記圧縮機ホイール(3)の、前記圧縮機インレット(9)とは反対側で環状室(10)に接続されており、それにより前記圧縮機ホイール(3)の両側に同じ空気圧が発生し、
前記圧縮機インレット(9)とは反対側の前記圧縮機ホイール(3)の壁面に隣接する前記中空円筒形の軸区分(6)の外周面上に、前記空気流路(7,8)は開口を有することを特徴とする、流体機械(1)。 - 前記ハブ区分(5)が、軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つの空気流路(7)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記ハブ区分(5)が、概ね半径方向に延在する少なくとも1つの空気流路(8)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記ハブ区分(5)が、前記中空円筒形の軸区分(6)内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されている、特に押し込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記中空円筒形の軸区分(6)が、概ね半径方向に延在する少なくとも1つの空気流路(11)を有しており、該空気流路(11)が、前記ハブ区分(5)の半径方向に延在する少なくとも1つの前記空気流路(8)と重なり合って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記環状室(10)が、前記圧縮機ホイール(3)の、前記圧縮機インレット(9)とは反対側で少なくとも1つの別の空気流路(12,13)を介して前記軸(2)の少なくとも1つの軸受(14,15)に接続されており、少なくとも1つの前記軸受(14,15)がフォイル空気軸受として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の流体機械(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記別の空気流路(12)が、前記軸(2)と該軸(2)を取り囲む前記電動機(4)の巻線(17)との間の環状ギャップ(16)を介してガイドされていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の流体機械(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記別の空気流路(13)が、前記軸(2)に相対回動不能に結合された、タービンホイール(19)を軸受けするための、内部が通気されているスラスト軸受ディスク(18)を通ってガイドされていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記圧縮機インレット(9)を接続するための前記空気流路(7,8,12,13)が、冷却されたまたは冷却されていない周囲空気によって負荷可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の流体機械(1)。
- 前記空気流路(7,8,12,13)を、冷却されたまたは冷却されていない周囲空気によって負荷することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の流体機械(1)を運転するための方法。
- 内部を通って少なくとも1つの空気流路(13)が貫通ガイドされていて、それによって内部が通気されているスラスト軸受ディスク(18)を用いて、冷却空気圧を上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
