- 配線が設けられた支持体と、
受光面を有し、前記受光面が一方側を向くように前記支持体上に配置された受光素子と、
複数の光ファイバの一端面によって構成された入力面、及び、前記複数の光ファイバの他端面によって構成された出力面を有し、前記出力面が前記受光面と向かい合うように前記受光素子上に配置されたファイバオプティックプレートと、
前記配線の端子と前記受光素子の端子とを接続するワイヤと、
前記支持体上に配置され、前記配線の前記端子、前記受光素子の前記端子及び前記ワイヤを覆う樹脂部材と、を備え、
前記樹脂部材は、前記受光素子上において、前記ファイバオプティックプレートの側面に接触し、
前記ファイバオプティックプレートの前記入力面と前記出力面との距離は、前記受光面と前記受光素子の前記端子との間の距離より大きく、
前記ファイバオプティックプレートの前記入力面は、前記ワイヤよりも前記一方側に配置されている、光モジュール。 - 前記支持体は、前記配線が設けられた底壁部、及び、前記底壁部の前記一方側から見た場合に前記底壁部上の領域を包囲する側壁部を有し、
前記側壁部における前記一方側の端面は、前記受光面よりも前記一方側に配置されている、請求項1に記載の光モジュール。 - 前記端面は、前記樹脂部材よりも前記一方側に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の光モジュール。
- 前記入力面は、前記端面よりも前記一方側に配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の光モジュール。
- 光反射パターンを有する回転板と、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の光モジュールと、
を備える反射型エンコーダ。
