Description
ストッパは、穴の周囲の第1面の少なくとも一部から軸線方向に凸部が隆起している。弾性変形し易い凸部の内側に第1部が形成されているので、ストッパの穴に軸部をさらに挿入し易くできる。凸部は変位規制部よりも内側に配置されているので、ストッパの荷重たわみ曲線に、凸部が影響を与えないようにできる。

Claims (6)
- 軸線に沿って延びる軸部を備え、前記軸部の端部が相手部材に固定される第1部材と、
前記第1部材と間隔をあけて配置されると共に、少なくとも一部が、前記軸線に垂直な方向に前記軸部と間隔をあけて配置される第2部材と、
前記第2部材と前記第1部材とを連結する弾性体からなる防振基体と、
前記相手部材に第1面を向け、前記第1面の反対側の第2面を前記第2部材に向けて、前記第2部材と前記相手部材との間に配置される弾性体からなるストッパと、を備え、
前記第2部材は、前記防振基体が内周面に接着された筒体と、前記筒体に固定された円環体と、を含み、
前記円環体は、前記軸部と隙間をあけて前記軸部の周囲に配置される変位規制部を有し、
前記ストッパには、前記第1面と前記第2面とをつなぐ穴が形成され、
前記ストッパは、前記穴に前記軸部が前記端部から挿入された状態で前記軸部の前記端部と前記変位規制部との間に配置され前記第1面と前記第2面とを有する本体を含み、前記第2面は前記変位規制部と軸線方向に対向し、
前記本体は、前記穴の周囲の前記第1面の少なくとも一部から軸線方向に隆起する凸部を備え、前記凸部は前記変位規制部よりも内側に配置され、
前記穴に前記軸部が挿入される前の状態において、前記ストッパの前記穴の内面に、前記軸部の前記端部の太さよりも差渡しが小さい第1部と、前記第1部と前記第2面との間に位置する第2部と、を有し、
前記第1部は前記凸部の内側に形成され、
前記第2部の差渡しは、前記第1部の差渡しよりも大きい防振装置。 - 前記穴に前記軸部が挿入された状態において、前記第1部は前記軸部に接している請求項1記載の防振装置。
- 前記第1部は、前記内面の全周に亘って形成されている請求項2記載の防振装置。
- 前記ストッパは、前記第1部と前記第2面との間に段が形成され、
前記第2部は、前記段と前記第2面との間に形成され、
前記穴に前記軸部が挿入された状態において、前記第2部は前記軸部と離隔している請求項1記載の防振装置。 - 前記穴に前記軸部が挿入される前の状態において、前記第2部の差渡しは、前記軸部の前記端部の太さよりも大きい請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の防振装置。
- 前記穴に前記軸部が挿入される前の状態において、前記内面の差渡しは、前記第1部から前記第2部に亘って大きくなる請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の防振装置。
